  1. Too many songs mentioned and it seems they all are on the setlist. Bad Girl is fake. Do you really think she decided to perform Bad Girl, Take A Bow, Rescue Me... songs that she has never performed on the same show? Maybe we could get one of these, Rescue Me IMO. Illuminati video might close 1920s/1930s and open party section.
  2. She tagged Steven Klein and Iconic on pics with her Oscar look and that look is a part of the opening.
  3. - It doesn't matter how many segments there are. If the setlist has 25 songs, 4 or 5 segments don't change anything. It is still 25 songs. Actually more segments means more interludes, which means more time to relax and change costume. - Arianne mentioned a huge number of costumes. Which means a lot of themes and styles could be in just one section. I have always been thinking that the first section could be mixed with Sex section, but it is more likely we will get those as 2 sections.
  4. Someone, who has Instagram account, should ask Tony about Rescue Me.
  5. This is what a fan wrote about it on Madonna Tribe: "It was Holy Water chorus with heavy drums, and we could hear like "1,2,3" from Madonna (or the choreographer). The song was knocking sooo hard. Then, in place of the "don't you stand there" bridge of the original song, Vogue name-dropping bridge was right after ("Greta Garbo, and Monroe" etc), over Holy Water drums instrumental, with new synth adapted to the melody of Vogue. When the bridge was over, it was Vogue chorus over the Holy Water instrumental, once again with additional synths that suited perfectly Vogue. The whole song felt a little more upbeat than the original ..."
  6. Holy Water/ Vogue rehearsals have been posted on Friday, but quickly removed according to some fans. Probably they uploaded a wrong video and that video will be posted these days.
  7. They didn't even claim they know something. They have one section for songs from Madonna's Instagram and other section for rumors from different sites.
  8. I hope we will get Latino section 100% visually. No gypsy visuals. It seems News of Madonna was right. Is Illuminattix right too? I hope not, because there are some things I don't like.
  9. Why is it called Gypsy? The shown scenes are very Latino/Mexican. Yes, gypsy culture has some similarities to some other Latino cultures, but there is a big difference.
  10. Madonna has a lot of artistic peaks. Everything in the 80s wasn't basic really. Just because something isn't revolutionary, doesn't mean it is basic. Great music doesn't have to be groundbreaking and deliver something new. Well crafted album is more than enough. LAP wasn't revolutionary, yet it is a pop masterpiece. She wasn't the first one doing these stuff, but it plays an important role in pop music: - Into The Groove - Dance anthem. Dance/sex metaphor. - Papa Don't Preach - Pop song with classic music style - La Isla Bonita - Latino elements The only album I would call basic is LAV. Some people wouldn't mind to go to a tour without ROL songs and 2000s music. IMO, her shows should contain one song from every album, if they could fit the themes. Also, there is general public who expects signature songs, especially something from the 80s. If Madonna should be artistic and do what she wants and have obscure setlist, then she should do the same with album and promotion. Instead of releasing commercial music for the masses, she could release artistic songs and artistic videos. No one remembers WTG and no one remembers True Blue? People who were fans from the start do. People who witnessed the 80s are probably familiar with it. New fans like them and they want them. Just because you know a person who isn't a fan since 1990, doesn't mean the rest are the same. Even those people go to her concerts. They hope she will perform a classic, but they also want to watch a great pop show. Besides, if no one remembers the songs above, then why bitching about Madonna performing popular songs like LIB and LAP on every tour. WTG and TB were huge hits, Nothing Really Matters wasn't. Even if people don't remember WTG and TB, people can't say she doesn't perform hits. Yes, her main focus is on the theatrics. But she also have to think about public, causal fans, real fans... Songs that fit the themes, songs that are exceptions (like on every of her shows)... Let's not forget she wanted AFF theme for her album. It didn't happen and some songs appeared on the album as bonus songs. Why expect a show with only songs that fit the theme 100%? Her shows have never been like that, there have always been too many exceptions. Even RH songs order doesn't make sense. She is a perfectionist, but not all the time. It is going to be like her old shows. Section 1: Theme song, theme song, a song for public that "fits" the theme, theme song... We all could watch a brilliant show, even if don't like the music. But music should be more important. She is a music artist after all.
  11. If LAP would be a part of the first section, then I would expect a reinvention like LAP on S&S tour.
  12. This would be a perfect setlist. There are some songs I don't like, but even with them the show could be exciting. It would have material from all her albums (some as full songs, some sampled, some as elements). Warrior of love 1. Iconic (contains elements of VVV and samples Lucky Star) 2. Inside Out 3. Causing A Commotion (contains elements of Into The Groove) 4. HeartBreakCity (contains elements of LDLHA) 5. Rescue Me 6. Hold Tight Sacred passion 7. S.E.X. (video interlude, contains elements of Erotica and Future Lovers) 8. Like A Virgin (during a solo pole dance it has elements of GGW, CS and Where Life Begins) 9. Holy Water/Vogue 10. Justify My Love 11. Deeper and Deeper 12. Devil Pray 30s/60s (after Music, the scene turns into the 60s) 13. Between the Bars (video interlude) 14. Ghosttown 15. True Blue (contains elements of Love Profusion) 16. Music 17. Body Shop/La Vie en rose 18. Unapologetic Bitch Matador/Frida 19. Take A Bow (video interlude) 20. Living For Love (contains elements of Nothing Really Matters) 21. Who's That Girl 22. Dress You Up 23. La Isla Bonita (samples Spanish Eyes) 24. Rebel Heart Encore 25. Illuminati/BIM (contains elements of Everybody) 26. Holiday
  13. Since romance is the main theme, all love songs fit the tour. Nothing Really Matters too. I think it could work with LFL. Living for love - love is all we need.
  14. She posted costumes on Instagram. Perhaps she used original performance and recreate it too (for some moves) for the hologram.
  15. - The clip shows people carrying a statue, an icon. That means it is connected to Iconic. - It seems the show could be a retrospective and VVV could be a video interlude at the beginning or its elements could be in the beginning of Iconic. - Imagine VVV video showing Madonna's iconic looks and in the end Iconic starts (Born to be a superstar, that's exactly what you are). VVV would translate directly into Iconic and the cage scene and Tyson intro. - Sooner or Later look could be just a part of the video or hologram at the beginning. But there is a possibility she would use it later during the show too (30s section).
  16. If it isn't a video, then many other people look like hologram too. Just look how some of them become transparent.
  17. Is the clip a preview of a video background or is it a real performance with hologram?
  18. - Many songs could be mashed up, but it would be weird for a Madonna setlist to have so many mash ups like on many setlists. - We don't know for sure if HW and Vogue are going to be a mash up. Even D&D and Vogue could work the same way. - More possible thing is sampling like: HBC (contains elements of LDLHA) - Many songs could be alternatives. LDLHA could be an alternative for HBC and vice versa. Based on Instagram and interviews, the setlist could feature all these songs: IconicHeartBreakCity Unapologetic Bitch S.E.X. Devil Pray Holy Water Body Shop Living For Love Ghosttown IlluminatiBitch I'm Madonna Between The Bars Whole Lotta Love - probably just a sampling, but for what song? JML? Or maybe Dress You Up (rock version). Madonna is definitely playing electric guitar and she already mixed DYU with My Sharona on S&S tour. Into The Groove Like A VirginJustify My LoveDeeper and DeeperTrue Blue Who's That GirlDress You UpLa Isla BonitaHoliday Vogue - full song or a part of mash up? Love Don't Live Here Anymore - full song or sampled? ? Inside Out Hold Tight Rebel Heart Joan Of Arc VVV News of Madonna/Illuminattix: Music, Everybody, Girl Gone Wild, La Vie en rose, Take A Bow, BT Skin Bruno: Ray Of Light, Rescue Me, Like A Prayer I think that performing many songs from one classic era is too much (LAV era - 4 songs), but who knows... According to Madonna's tour pattern, ITG would be a part of this setlist. There is a possibility that it has been replaced by ROL or LAP. Rescue Me would make a lot of sense. The show theme is romance and Rescue Me is a love song. It would fit warrior section, sex/relligion, apocalypse... And it could be mashed up with some songs (JML, Inside Out).
  19. Was there ever a real setlist by Madonna or her people written on a paper or printed on a paper? I usually think both kinds are always fake.
  20. This look... How does it fit any mentioned section? It could be part of Apocalypse (Ghosttown video had steam punk elements) or Warrior section (which probably would use steam punk fashion). Also, it could be for one performance with fun costumes in Encore.
  21. LAP is just a love song and certain things have been taken out of context. Candy Shop has metaphors and it doesn't sing about real candy. Critics and fans agreed about its meaning.
  22. Oops. I forgot about it. I would put it in Joan of Arc/Apocalypse section.
  23. Reading is essential. I used Instagram posts and Skin Bruno's setlist. It is all discussion and rumors. There is no official confirmation. And how do you know what is the theme of every section? LFL as an opener could work and it fits thematically. She also opened S&S with a song about her vagina. How did that make any sense for the first section and the show in general? LOL
