Why does Madonna seem to cut so much on budget in recent years? she used to be such a perfectionist up until the end of the Confessions era, then it was like so many assets feel cheap or badly designs, except for tours and now even the tour looks pretty low budget... is it a trend or something?

I don’t expect much from someone who tracks every criticism just to blindly defend terrible business decisions.
You can still do intimate without looking cheap and this show so far looks cheap. The photoshop of her standard edition album is cheap, the single artworks for Rebel Heart album are fan made trash, her merchandise is uninspired. I could go on.
There’s a huge difference between wasting money, setting the right budget for a product that looks presentable and up to the standards of today’s design and between being greedy and hiring fans to do cheap photoshop for single artworks. Her career was doing just fine with amazing budget for tours, single artworks and music videos up until recently when everything started looking so cheap.
Also yeah, I’m allowed to speak my mind about the negative things. Deal with it or block me if you can’t handle me.
