I’d rather have a Girlie Show coat. The merch is pretty sparse. Anyone could make those pins and not pay a fortune for them.

Is this some old fashion device to keep makeup off clothing?

It's an old fashioned glory hole. You'd stick your head through a hole and all the cocks are dangling in front of you like dangling carrots.

I dont like when she plays guitar. It looks lazy and boring in comparison to other songs. As seen on bloopers of „Give it 2 me“ on s&s she doesnt even play live. I guess its just a form of resting a bit inbetween the songs with choreo.

Confessions is better than Blond Ambition. Yes Blond changed the game, the first, second and last segment are iconic. But the whole Dick Tracy/Material Girl/Into The Groove parts aged like milk. Girlie Show was waaaaay better and it’s very underrated.

B roll is just all the raw footage they had to work with.

Again, used on the "Rain" video or not, it was done at the time in some projects to get that weird, oversaturated dreamy, unreal effect.
Keep in mind it was 30 years ago, so technology was of course way different back then.

It was definitely something that was done at the time. Janet Jackson's 1994 "You Want This" video was, according to Wikipedia:
A black-and-white version of the video was first released to music channels, while a colorized version was released one month later. CST Entertainment Imaging Inc. was responsible for the transformation, with 30 to 40 members of the company's Color F/X division split into three shifts and worked for nearly three weeks to create this version.
Of course that doesn't mean it happened with "Rain" too, but both videos share the oversaturated vibrant colors.
It doesn't make sense that they did it with the whole B-Roll though, just the final product. But who knows.

Official reports claim that it was shot in black and white and then hand painted. Would they actually color all the unused footage, too?

I think it could be a good thing (for her, not fans who were excited). I still believe it was drug related and hopefully during this time she can undergo rehab and be back better than ever with a new determination and a new outlook on life. If I were to believe the bacterial story, then this gives her time to fully recover from that situation too.
It wouldn't be wise to head off on a grueling world tour while battling internal struggles or fighting off after effects from sickness, it'll just lead to cancelled dates like the Madame X thing.

Since we don't know what's fact or fiction, we can at least think through the information being presented to us and make a reasonable judgement for ourselves.
What you say is true, that someone should have some signs or symptoms leading up to it. Also, if she was given narcan, it would have been administered by the EMTs on the scene. The EMTs wouldn't know that she's experiencing septic shock and would only administer narcan for it's intended purpose if they were told by someone at the scene as to what happened to the person or saw evidence at the scene that the victim needed this medication on the scene to ensure recovery.
Everything I'm reading online from medical journals, prior to the Madonna story, say that there is no solid evidence that narcan can treat septic shock and that it isn't the standard treatment for septic shock based on research. The only articles saying it can be administered for this are in theory and not based upon studies.
As others said, we don't know what to believe at this point (i.e. "intubated", "kicking and screaming", "puking in bed", "rehearsals are back on", dog photos, etc). I already posted my theory several pages back based upon the evidence and things I can see with my own eyes.
However, we do know that she survived whatever occurred to her that weekend, whether it was OD'ing, septic shock, fever, etc.
I wonder too, if she truly had a fever for a month, with Covid fears and protocols, why wasn't she tested then and treated. I would assume the touring and insurance companies have protocols now in case of Covid outbreaks that anyone with a fever needs to be examined.
