Always someone from her entourage since 2010, everyone licking her ass... No wonder why sometimes she behaves they way she does lately. I don't want to be rude, I admire her, but I don't think that being surrounded always by the same people and mixing relationships with money and work is good for anyone.

This hurts me too.
It's just all sad. I can understand all sides on this and I will defend her to my death. I'm just so thankful she's still making music and touring, but I'm worried on what she's doing to herself and her career when she's rude, inconsiderate, makes fun, and rebels against her own fans? I've never seen fan reactions this bad before. ?I really hope Guy and her team can get through to her on everything. 
 

What she does at backstage? just look on the IG stories... those love prayers, meeting with famous people etc etc etc, there nothing more than that! and the answer is simple, there's no technicals problems or perfeccionism details to fix! just wasting time making her ego keeps on the pedestal!

People paid lots of their hard earned CA$H to see this Madonna they have read about/liked/loved and supported financially over the years.
What they seem to have got is someone who appears to have been half-arsed about being A Singer/Performer.

What don't you understand about that ?

"People ignore older women." The fact of the matter is people are only seeing Madonna's age and not seeing her anymore. "That's a fact." I don't care what anyone says.
The most liberal minded people on the planet are sexist but they don't know it because it's pretty damn exceptable to be so. The only thing you have to do is just don't go around saying you're sexist. 
Of course I know intellectually that women still are who they are no matter what age they are but having a large portion of the population dismissing your existence can be even more of a downer then dismissing your abilties. 
I am going off topic but I am thinking of the difference of then and now as far as audience reaction to what a woman says or does. 

Because we wish her a long career, with many more albums and many more tours.
We want her to be successful, and maybe have another it, so it's embarassing to think Madame X sold half of the copies Rebel Heart did. It went to number one because copies were linked to tour tickets, but it disappeared in one week. And I live in Italy - where she is not coming on tour but where I keep hearing her new songs on the radio!
We want her legacy to be recognized by public and critics, but this us not realky happening.
Because I can't get out of my head September 4, 1987, when more than 14 millions of Italians sat in front on their tv to watch her live from Turin, and everyone loved her. And I'm not happy to read about people booing, or how she couldn't connect with the audience and was nasty with them. It can't be just ten diehard fans with an eyepatch.

I just want to know what the hell she does backstage before the show. I refuse to believe she's actually back there warming up her vocals and rehearsing dance steps for hours before the show. We get it-she's a night owl but her 30-50 year old fans are not. 
 
I know she has said countless times that she promises to not a minute goes to waste and she's not just doing her nails and eating chocolates. But c'mon - if there's really that many difficulties with technical issues or even personal issues, just rearrange your damn schedule. Get up 2 hours earlier and be ready by 10pm. You know, like she did before MDNA.

Personally I am not sure that controversy hurt her... well apart from in the US and some very religious countries... what hurt the sale of her music was really time and new generations... times pass, new generations get new idols... no-one stays on top forever... Madonna has been around for a very long time... most other artists have not had that long and strong a career as her... I'm sure that some of the controversies have rather help her create interest instead of hurting her.

It really is. It's one of her best album and one of my fav eras. Everything about Bedtime Stories was flawless.
 
I'm glad she did Evita but man I would have loved to have seen a tour.

The virgin-whore (syndrome) persona! The fact that on the cover she has that pseudo-coy, comme heather in the bed look while she is dressed as a rock, ultra sexy bride while her belt says 'boy toy' - a double entendre. The crucifix that 'goes' along with satin, old school Holywood (diamonds) and satin sheets. Th dandee look in her eyes while she is wearing her heart on the sleeve. Those cat eyes that are having sex with you. The pre arranged double cover because they knew well that a woman named 'Madonna' sings 'Like a Virgin' so they will be burned in the Bible belt. The cookie cutter, sweet, plasticky songs that were strategically put in place in order to promote a universal career. A recipe for success. 

Mark Romanek had a meeting with Madonna at a hotel in the early '90s, at which she was living while her home was being renovated. He noticed that the only piece of decor that Madonna had brought with her to the hotel was a surrealist painting to hang on her wall. He commented that it could be great to direct a video based on that painting one day... Flash forward to 1994 and Mark Romanek had the privilege of listening to the Bedtime Stories album before its commercial release, after which he told Madonna that he'd love to direct the video for Bedtime Story if it was to be released as a single, given this concept that he had in mind.
Originally, the label wanted to finish the album promotion with Forbidden Love, however Madonna persuaded them to opt for Bedtime Story instead, not only because she had a spectacular video in the works for it, but to show her growth as an artist. Of course, Human Nature eventually became the official last single.

The timeline of events would suggest this was not the case
Dec 94 - Madonna writes a long ass letter to Alan Parker asking to be considered for the role of Evita
Jan/Feb 95 - Talks were most likely in place, Liz Smith even stated Madonna might not tour and that was the reason for the Euro promo tour
Mar 95 - Madonna is announced as Evita. She tells Kurt Loder at the MTV Pajama Party that she probably won't tour now she has to focus on Evita. I think this may have been the point when her management tried to convince her to do a smaller scale tour.
May 95 - Films the Human Nature video and states during the Making Of, that she won't be touring, instead focusing on Evita. 
So it seems unlikely the tour opener with Human Nature in the squares was ever a thing. By the time they put the video together she had already decided to not tour. 
Another interesting fact - Apparently Jean-Baptiste didn't want to deal with heavy choreography for the Human Nature video, so he put everyone in the squares. So he didn't need to worry about complicated set ups. Makes me wonder if there were other concepts for the video before he came on board.
