lap got a reaction from bedtimestory in The Celebration Tour (Spoilers)
The show is amazing.
The only things I would like to change is replace the very boring Mother and Father for a good single choice (or Promise to try), the messy wig in the Erotica segment, (I don't know if the MJ's tribute interlude is really necessary) and add a longest mash-up in the end of the show with Music and Celebration.
All the rest is perfect for me. It's a very enjoyable show and all the songs are recognizeble this time.

lap got a reaction from Fernando in CbT: What setlist adjustments would you make?
I would replace Burning Up with a popular hit from the 80s (Gambler on guitar!!!!, Dress you up, Material Girl or Lucky Star)
I would replace Mother and Father with a mash-up of Promise to Try/Oh Father.
I would replace BIM with a longer mash-up of Music/Celebration.
The bed segment would be more amazing if she sings at least the first verse and the chorus of Papa don't preach.
And a live version of Like a Virgin, of course. The first night I liked the Michael Jackson tribute, but now I think it's boring.

I would like she adds some acoustic choices after I will survive, like when she performed ocasional songs in RHT.
I love Joan of Arc. Let's see if she'll perform it tonight

lap got a reaction from Papa Zelko in POPULAR
Well, you are so wrong. I listened Popular many times on radio. The last time I listened a new Madonna song so oftenly on radio was Celebration. You have the right to dislike the song, but the numbers and the facts can't be rewritten.

lap reacted to Rocco Comelon in DL: Madame X Tour (Remastered Edit)
Audio source thanks to @MonsieurX.
Well this is the tour audio that I was trying to remaster last year but I lost those tracks that MonsieurX gave me before and I was unable to ask again for the copies due to busy schedule. So I will share this to you my latest remaster.

She thinks it's a silly song, but it was a huge #2 hit and the video for the song is iconic. I always loved this song and it's so much better than Body Shop, she performed in the last years on RHT, for instance.

lap reacted to konfideinmenow in The Celebration Tour (Spoilers)
I'm not sure that's it. She's an old lady who was mostly dead a few months ago and on a breathing tube! You don’t have to love it!!!! Her neck is missing three or four inches of its former length. Her shoulders are up, back hunched, it happens. She’s an elderly lady, let’s all cut her some slack. Let's also give each other some grace especially those who are just being honest about their concerns and what they are seeing. It doesn’t make them not fans. To me she seems about 40% of her all time best and like 80% of her recent best. From here on out, this is the best it will get; the next tour will show even more slow down. It's natural. Why don’t we all try to enjoy the art she’s given us and share those soundboards and pro shots, after all M would want it that way.

Seriously guys we're in 2023... Greatest hits are pointless. Everyone is making their own greatest hits playlist on online digital music services...

lap got a reaction from Alpha in Why Causing a Commotion isn't on FEL ?
Because sometimes Madonna SUCKS.
FEL would be perfect is she replaced Spotlight over Everybody and Causing a Commotion over Physical Attraction.
Those songs were never #1 dance hits. I love both of them, but the song from You can dance that really played on the radios was Spotlight.
And Causing a Commotion was really a #1 dance hit.

lap got a reaction from Voguerista in Rehearsals (spoilers alert)
Well, it's a very good setlist, but I would remove Mother and Father, GMAYL, I don't search I flop and the infernal Human Nature (God, I hate this song so much and her obsession for it).
I don't think it's the correct final setlist because we heard there will be 3 songs never performed before, unless they are Don't cry for me Argentina, NRM and Bedtime Story (it used only in RIT backdrop). If she redoes the British Awards 1995 I would love it.
I miss Holiday (her first hit), Like a Virgin (her first #1 hit), Music (her last #1 hit) and Bad Girl (a fan favorite).
I hope the Rebel Heart track is Hold Tight or Ghosttown (she sang it, but it wasn't a part of the setlist)
