It's the same thing I'm wondering. When you decide to actively participate in a forum you know that you are going to find opinions both similar to and totally different from yours. That is why it seems so absurd to me when someone decides to put you on the ignorance list simply for having a different opinion than them.
Tolerance is a value that we must always try to reinforce and even more so with the openness and visibility of numerous social minorities or realities that were previously invisible or considered a topic that is not talked about. That is why seeing a person who, in the middle of 2024, seems to have stayed in 1920 and who is offended by stupid things, such as criticizing the junk food full of cholesterol that he likes to devour so eagerly, is ample evidence of what kind of person we are talking.

1. Drowned Madonna INSISTS the last stop of TCT will be Mexico.
2. Madonna told fans she’s coming to see them eventually but didn’t say it would be to present TCT. 
 
3. All the facts that Madonnaonline are giving out are correct including the booking of the hotel. 
4. Rolling Stones gave a free concert for 1.5 million people near by where Madonna booked the hotel and was a massive success. It was paid for with funds of the Brazilian government along with private Brazilian sponsorship.
5. Madonna recently partnered with Itau for something huge in the works.
6. She has a lot of new songs she worked on since Madame X and may have a new EP or a album.
7. It’s impossible to do a 1.5 million person  show with the current staging of TCT. 
 
Calculation: 
Drowned Madonna is correct that it won’t be the same arena staged concert of TCT. It will probably use elements of TCT but also include other songs, different staging, and new material as well, for a 1 time only event.

I think we all agree on the bad energy that is perceived from this person's words towards Madonna, criticizing her diva attitude in the past, when that is most common in Hollywood, and now criticizing her for continuing in music despite her age.
I have read a couple of comments defending Rupaul, as if they were his defense lawyers, and trying to blame the press or us fans for being intolerant of anyone who criticizes Madonna. Nothing further from reality. Those people would do better to ask themselves why they are the only ones with a different opinion when the unanimous opinion, at least in this place, is that Rupaul is intentionally speaking badly about Madonna in order to sell more books. Even a child would realize this.

Hopefully this will be confirmed in the next few hours so I can feel happy that my Brazilian brothers are the only South Americans to see her live after years. And happier for my friend @Anapausis because it would be a dream come true for him.
I just hope that he can have enough money to buy the ticket because I remember that the prices to see Madonna at the Olympia and Tears of a Clown were not very cheap to say the least. And who knows, maybe he'll come face to face with Oxana, the obsessed fan who follows Madonna around the world. I can't imagine what would happen if those two met, but remembering that they have several characteristics in common, such as being quite impertinent and overly dramatic, maybe in the end they will become good friends. They’re fakes  everything is under lock for this era afaik. Same goes for any studio versions some fans with a little too much time to waste are trying to offer around.

She never wanted to do "GHV2", especially after coming back to the top with the "Ray Of Light" album - it was only a contractual obligation and it showed. Not much different than "Celebration" in that respect, honestly - but at least in 2001 albums still sold loads of copies.
Remember Warner wanted to release a greatest hits already in 1999, but she managed somehow convincing them to do another studio album instead and we got "93:99" on video format and then the "Music" album the year after.
But of course after "Music" and the "Drowned World Tour" she couldn't escape any longer.
That said, "GHV2" was her early 90s entry for many young fans back then and it was a very successful project. Of course it didn't last after the first months, no new songs, etc. but it did its job then: selling thousands (millions) of CDs that Christmas 2001.
