She has 7 Grammy's, more than Celine, Whitney, Mariah, Janet etc and a whopping 20 MTV VMA AWARDS second among ALL artists, not counting the special Artist of the Decade for the 80s MTV Award and the MTV TRL Lifetime Achievement award in 2006

So true. It's really fresh and weird feeling. I mean most of her staff is lazy and useless as hell, then finally we could see someone actually their work very well done in Madonna camp.
