A mentally ill rapper more famous for her tweets than her caca music. She never happened. There's videos of her sacrificing chickens in her ghetto one bedroom apartment

I swear I didn't know about her until now :/

Yawn...

Katy was over the top though, it's not about music or image, before Madonna women in music were exploited and not respected, they had to front a band and play rock n' roll, Madonna was solo and was doing disco rnb. The two biggest female popstars when she signed her contract were Debbie Harry and Pat Benatar and both were struggling at the time because they were robbed of their revenues and their record companies did not respect them, imposing on them. If you were a black rnb and disco singer you were not taken seriously and even was replaced by a pretty girl for the promo.

Madona had to fight Warner to be taken seriously and prove she could be a major asset like the boys and asking to be treated like the boys, getting what boys got. That's the ceiling she broke, she was not there to be taken advantage of. She took her career seriously, especially the business side of it which she talked about very early on in interviews from early 84, saying she was in a business where you must pay attention to this side of things because there are a lot of cautionary tales. And she's still crucified to this day about this, people who want to dismiss her say she's only a good business woman or marketer because she dared not wanting to be used and abused by the industry. But women were not allowed to talk about making money and for a female artist it was a sin. She surrounded herself with the best lawyers and managers, she knew she had to cut on her shares if she wanted to have a long career. The music industry suddenly saw that a female popstar was the golden goose though they kept exploiting women, Whitney, Mariah, TLC...but they fought back, because there was someone doing great and doing her own thing. Some record companies first did the mistake to make vapid clones bur when they started signing original female musicians that's when it became interesting. Some dismissed Madonna because they were new but after a few years in the business they got it, they had to pay attention to the business or they'd be screwed. Some did not want to and they vanished, no matter how talented they were. Yes audiences around the world were willing to pay big money to see a female solo artist in a stadium. Tina Turner also did it but watch her interviews, there's one where she's asked wether she had everything she wanted and she said no, no like Madonna. She made women believe they deserve all they could get in the business. A lot of older female singers are resentful of her because they did not want to take care of this side of the job and their careers disintegrated. Courtney Love once told how Madonna brought her into her office and showed her how to check the expanses but she did not pay attention and later...she got screwed. Beyonce said it, she wanted to be a brand like Madonna. People may not remember this but when she got pregnant with Lola they said her career was over, they said worst, there were editorials in serious newspapers questioning her abilities to be a mother. When she turned 40 it was like she was the fiest person to ever turn 40, an exec was cited as saying, before Ray of Light was released, if there still was an interest in Madonna because she was 40. Then when she turned 50 it became vicious. She was called a grandma at 35, mocked because she wore leotards at 47....You don't see that anymore, they wouldn't dare say that to female popstars now and Madonna keeps breaking barriers and taking shit for it, sure others broke doors, Debbie, Cher, but she's paving the way. Madonna broke the equality glass ceiling, it's not perfect but now female singers are equals to male and somehow it has reverted today because females dominate the business today even though there are still very few labels, especially major labels, run by women in the music industry. Madonna prove female singers had their worth now it's time to duplicate this within the labels and production companies.

She's an American rapper from NYC who had only one song that anyone remembers back from 2011.

Used To Being Alone (2016) and Anna Wintour (2018) are quite popular to this day in gay clubs. But she never really aimed for popularity and cursing literally everyone online just proves she doesn't give a shit, so pointing out that her career is mostly a flop is not really a dig lol

On the other hand, has Katy's 143 sold 143 copies worldwide yet? :Madonna003:

Dont give her any form of attention, she literally goes on offensive rants about anyone everyday :Madonna049:

Obviously a very toxic, bitter and disturbed individual.  It's one thing to be just an average SOB no one really knows to spew such crap out on the internet, but to be a well known entertainer, tells me she isn't a very happy person.  She's welcome to her opinion, but I don't see the point in her sharing this out loud even if she hates Madonna.  How does this help her?  Sure, she will have a base that will chime in and support her stance, but obviously it's like Trump. These people will always bow down to her every action or word. This is the epitome of delusion and toxic behavior.  Andy yeah, I agree, the less attention given to her, the better.  I've heard of her and I probably heard a couple of her songs, but nothing I recall is memorable whatsoever, so it's obviously this an attempt for her to throw out a number of celebrities such as Madonna, Janet and Beyonce who are currently in the news (far more than she is). Attention seeking at its best!!  :owy:
