Madonna covers up in Ibiza heat as she steps out with daughter Lourdes

 

She recently celebrated her 56th birthday in true Hollywood fashion with her loved ones in Cannes.

And on Tuesday, Madonna continued to enjoy her European festivities as she soaked up some of the remaining summer sun during some downtime in Ibiza.

The Material Girl hitmaker stepped out in a rather unusual monochrome ensemble, as she strolled along a rocky beach before boarding on a luxury hovercraft along with a group of friends and her daughter Lourdes.

Good gawd, what the fuck is she wearing? She looks like some damn Zebra. LOL! Hey, if she's comfortable, then fine, but for being such a style ICON, she tends to go out in public in some of the atrocious clothes. I'm sure she couldn't give a flying fuck what people think, but I do think this only hurts her being taken seriously. She must know that what she's wearing is just incredibly ridiculous. While you may look gorgeous in a string bikini and be as brown as a berry on the beach, you will look far less appealing missing half of your nose after a surgeon has to cut out a skin cancer.

We have seen her wear men’s suits, conical bras and next to nothing on occasion but I never thought I would see Madonna in a wannabe Burkini. 

 

She covered up almost every inch of flesh as she took a boat trip in Ibiza last week, wearing a full-length kaftan over a rashie, the long-sleeved swimwear top usually favoured by surfers. 

 

She accessorised the bizarre beachwear with a giant floppy hat, wrap-around sunglasses and a pair of unsightly white trainers. 

The 56-year-old’s fashion sense appears to have gone from Vogue to rogue.

The Queen of Pop, who celebrated her 56th birthday earlier this month, stays in great shape by slavishly practising yoga every day – even doing some daring positions while on holiday.

 

Instead of topping up her tan while on board a yacht in Ibiza, here she is demonstrating several moves with a pal – including the spreadeagle.

 

The star, who will soon release her eagerly awaited new album, is clearly not going to slow things down the older she gets.

 

Madonna was seen wearing a slightly ridiculous black and white floppy hat, striped black and white top and black yoga pants for the work-out session and her older pal seemed to be having a whale of a time helping her flex.

 

She was also seen with her daughter Lourdes on the trip and the pair, along with a group of friends, are glad to be taking some time out from their hectic schedules.

We wouldn't try this move at home, though.
