yes, orchestra row D is 3rd row. Cat3 are unassigned seats at the back of the balcony

still some good seats available, and they have the 'select your own seat' option now

I don't think you can cancel tickets once purchased. I know TM UK offer a refund if you change your mind within 24hrs, but I don't think TM France has that policy.
