The swimming pool scene wasn't from the Like a Prayer music video, it was from one of three Pepsi commercials that was shot, but remain unreleased after what happened with the first commercial that aired. 

Rumored video for Holiday that photos on set were used for i-D magazine. I think someone debunked that though.
Angel never had a video but I'm curious if there was at least a video treatment drafted.
Like a Prayer there were alternate scenes filmed of her diving off some high diving board but footage wasnt used because she allegedly looked like a shivering rat. Not sure if it was meant for the "Oh God I Think I'm falling" scene.

Erotica...she was contemplating Bye Bye Baby so obviously one was never filmed however I'm willing to bet this one for sure had a video treatment drafted if she was on the fence of doing one.
Thief of Hearts...one was never filmed but there was a rumor she wanted to film a video for it with strippers at a strip club. Not sure at what point in the album cycle this was.

If i remember well that was a project heralded by Mo Ostin the CEO of Warner Records then & Craig Kostich head of the dance division of Warner because they thought Madonna could lose the club going fans whom made her successful with the more pop oriented sound of True Blue. So the idea was to remix her most  dancefloor tracks that never had a proper remix so she could still be played in clubs with something new.
I've always found the singles roll out of True Blue very odd. Warner sat on the Open Your Heart video for Almost 5 months before releasing it. True Blue was released as a single because radios played it. So i've always wondered if Open Your Heart wasn't originally supposed to be released in september instead of True Blue (which had a video contrary to TB even though it had that awful, imo, european one) and if You Can Dance was supposed to be released for christmas 86 then Where's The Party could have been the Christmas single instead of Open your Heart. But Pettibone remixed True Blue before he remixed Into the Groove if we go by the album's liner notes "When i was asked to remix True Blue i wish it was Into The Groove". And ITG & WTP were not remixed at the same time since ITG was a collab with the Latin Rascals (Tony Moran) and both remixes have a different sound engineer. (Shep Pettibone was also infamous for not doing all the remixes he was credited for, some were in fact unofficially remixed by his sound engineers or associates like Jane Brinton.
The other thing i find odd is that Over and Over is the sole remix not made by real club dj's and it shows. Everybody is remixed by Forrest & Heller whom were the resident dj's of the famous Better Days parties at Club America. Thomson & Barbiero were just Warner in house sound engineers. 

Maybe cause it's one of the best songs from her early career?

While I agree it's aggressively expensive, proceeds are going to the Malawi fund.  I think we can't forget that.  Still, I do wonder if it's priced more reasonably, more shirts will be sold.  I know there are some who will buy it at whatever price, but $150.00 is a bit much for a t-shirt. No t-shirt costs that much to make, so the mark up is high.  My only defense here is they weren't sure how well it would sell, so they priced it high to make sure they made money from it.  I can understand that because like mentioned some fans will pay anything.  But fans like me, we tend to put limit on the merchandise she sells.

I feel SO lucky that I was already a fan at that time, and I remember the controversy... I was 11, and this was before the internet, so news were much slower and I didn't have access to everything going on, some of my memories are probably mixed with what I found out later, but I remember the Erotica / SEX book era, such a big part of pop history.
