I haven’t seen the movie or listened to the soundtrack for a long time but I love everything about Madonna’s Evita.

Don’t Cry for Me Argentina is the classic, obviously, but You Must Love Me was written for Madonna and she delivers it so beautifully so that’s my vote. So many great renditions on that album though! Buenos Aires, I’d Be Surprisingly Good for You, Another Suitcase etc.
