ray of light is great overrated to the point of making people deluded about it though

lady gaga is not my thing. hc to me is the album she said confessions was. no messages to dance to. it is a disco american rnb record (it's her debut album and virgin but modern). confessions is a disco european club record. it's not as good as JT fsls i don't think it's any worse than any pop record at the time. it's a good album to me the production is great to me. a few duds of course

I think she should do what bowie did with his boxsets recently. however if it's individual album releases, logically there are a few options that make sense 1. the first album 2. confessions on a dancefloor 3. ray of light 4. like a prayer (this one is a classic and not only that sounds terrible on so many modern cd pressings. it desperately needs a professional remaster) ray of light does make sense as yep, it's old now but it's a classic and can be argued it sounds modern still (i think it'd very dated to it's time in a good way though) but hard candy, it would be so madonna lol

i'd be fine with this. madonna has always been highly rnb, funk, hip hop influened on her 1st 2 albums, like a prayer, erotica, bedtime stories, hard candy, rebel heart and madame x

i just can't help wanting this as it would just be so funny and so madonna. the ultimate madonna troll cd 1 - original album cd 2 - already leaked demos in better quality with hey you and ring my bell and a few other unheard demos cd 3 - timbaland remixes the pharrel songs and pharrel remixes the timbaland songs cd 4 - loads of remix edits from the time and remix edits of songs we never got to hear. every song on the album has a remix though

i agree. but this isn't any ordinary music star. this is madonna. she clearly wants us to crave those special releases but not give them lol. she loves the game of it. we have to lower our expectation lol

im not talking about madonna's profit. i'm talking about warners profit, madonna's profit, the writers profit, the producers profit etc etc. will it be worth it for warner after the costs? thats the question they'll be asking. i'm dubious so expecting streaming only

because they can do. they want money. if they can't guarantee a huge profit they will decide it's risky and just do streaming and nobody will care. it will help her streaming figures. what will it sell worldwide in physical release with no single or video or madonna promoting it with a live performance? 1 million max???

because they can just make it just digital if they want to. what are the fans gonna do about it? moan? they won't care. lol

true. but it still has to make a profit after all costs. they're not going to do a physical and lose money or make barely any profit. i would presume this will be streaming only but i could be wrong

you're right but remix albums are niche to the fans and the cost of putting it together has to be recouped so it may not make sense to do a physical. who knows??
