The Lucky Star pictures are beautiful but they dont represent her personality well. The shoot that was finally used is iconic as fuck and much more timeless 

The Lucky Star cover is really bad, plain and simple. The First Album cover is bad, but not as bad as the LS cover. The Madonna cover is, hands down, the best by far IMO.

The "Shep's Classic 12"" version is the mix i assume you are talking about.
 
Right after the "my love is alive and i'm never gonna hide it again" the 12" version sounds exactly the same as the album version until the piano part, so it should be very easy to splice the piano part in, instead of the flamenco bit during that part i'd say.

I know SP wasn't feeling the flamenco bit, but i really like it. I prefer it to the piano only part from the classic 12" and demo TBH.

Not sure how rare this is. Freddy DeMann mentioned in a Los Angeles Times article Madonna was thrown a bash on the last night of her sold out shows in Los Angeles so this is April 28 1985. This picture goes with the one below, which I could never place
