Agreed! Her Graham Norton appearance riled so many people. I think she has become so detached from reality, i really believe she thinks she is still a powerhouse hence her quote on insta live about doing stadiums in the future, there is NO WAY on gods earth she would fill a stadium in the UK now. She struggled with her MDNA tour and her profile was still semi okay back then! She is not considered a great live act like she once was.

So true, her profile in the UK is non existent. She lost all respect from the general public, and her music is barely played, other than occasionally on radio 2. she doesn’t have the legend status like queen or Elvis when it comes to merchandise anyway, I can’t see anyone other than hardcore fans buying a Madonna T-shirt or framed image etc. It’s really sad that she was once considered an icon. I guess if she had died young it would be a different story!!!! But she aged and rubbed people up the wrong way, not a good combination for the fickle public!

Yeah it’s sad and those I knew who were fans just don’t seem to get excited by her anymore. I still keep flying the flag but even I sometimes question why! I guess I yearn for the glory days again!!!

Basically zero chance….The affection & admiration for M in the UK from the general public is practically non existent now. Whenever she’s mentioned among people I know it’s in a retrospective way about how they enjoyed her old stuff but how she’s now lost the plot, embarrassing bla bla. Kinda sad that the UK once was such a huge market for her & literally they have no interest anymore. She doesn’t even appeal as a legacy artist to the older generation that grew up with her because she alienated them and they can’t relate to her these days. I also firmly believe her lateness & behaviour on recent tours and blatant disregard for fans has not helped.
