With horrific Santa Baby cover? Yep, we both will drop dead.

 

But seriously, I'm glad she's not interested in that cliche. That would be so not her doing a Christmas album.

Santa Baby is fun.  Of all X-mas songs, that fit her to the T at the time.  And while I wouldn't object in her doing a Christmas album, but I can't see her doing one either.  That being said, as she gets older, there tends to be a change in how artists look at things.  Cher never expected to do a Christmas album, but she ended up doing one. 

I wouldn't mind Madonna creating something original in the spirit of the Winter or Holiday season.  I just can't see her doing Christmas classics though.  Cher was apprehensive in doing hers. She knew it really wasn't her thing, so she made sure she chose songs she loved, rather what people expect out of a Christmas album.
