Folded many times like a kind of ball. The truth is that considering the value of the jacket and the price of the ticket I was expecting a different kind of packaging. Maybe it's just my expectations.

I am considering legal actions, will however wait after Amsterdam since I have VIP tickets for these shows so I can and will ask the charming woman (who works for VIPNation and travels with M from venue to venue) what the deal is.
If you get any information that would be great. I tried it in Paris but there was a bit of madness in the VIP lounge to access the pit and in the end it was impossible :(

Does anyone know why in Barcelona there has only been one PIT and why those of us who had floor A were not allowed to go inside the main walkways, when in principle, when buying the ticket that area was floor A?

It could be, I didn't check the origin of the shipment. But I live in Spain and they usually stop everything that comes from outside the EU.
