What are the odds of us getting Buenos Aires and the GHV2 Megamix promos as singles?  Considering both of them had airplay and music videos so they were more visible promos than say Amazing or Impressive Instant.

There are two extended versions.  The version from the movie is even longer with more verses.  It would have been nice if this was included with this release.

It did poorly (which probably played a part into why it was cancelled) but yes it was.  And I remember seeing the music video on MTV a lot.

Yes. All three digital editions of "True Blue" play the "35th" remasters.

I don’t think this is the case on Qobuz. Or at least it wasn’t as of a few months ago.

I could see them tack the Buenos Aires mixes onto the Another Suitcase In Another Hall single. GHV2 Megamix might get a separate release with the Impressive Instant mixes as b-side. These are, however, at the very bottom of their priority list.

Qobuz has an extra 9-track Hi-Res version not available anywhere else digitally. That one plays the original 1986 masters.

The other three editions are the same for every digital outlet and they play the 35th version remasters:

- Standard 9-track version, cover with lettering

- 11-track version (2001 tracklist), no lettering cover

- 35th Anniversary

Can't tell if I'm just used to it because of Something To Remember but the single version is gorgeous. It's nice to have an extended mix though!

I was not aware that was exclusive to Qobuz. They also have hi-res versions of Madonna, Like a Virgin and Who’s That Girl.

I got a membership to that site ($120 per year) and downloaded and free app from GitHub that lets you download their tracks in FLAC. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
