  1. I don't understand the problem actually. Why would a streaming deal not allow a physical release? It's a standard to release the film on tv or streaming first because they can get money from broadcasting rights before releasing the physical copy. Girlie Show tour premiered on HBO; Drowned World tour premiered on HBO; Confessions tour premiered on NBC; Sticky & Sweet tour premiered on Sky1; MDNA tour premiered on SpikeTV; Rebel Heart Tour premired on Showtime. All of them got released months after the premieres. She's still strong in selling physical copies, I don't think they're gonna miss the opportunity.
  2. Mentioned once, as I was told amazon almost a year ago.
  3. Yes, it's just the way netflix labels the shows, like is the "document" of the show. Haven't seen any backstage scenes injected on the show or songs edited out during the workprints. Glad to know they finally went for netflix.
  4. Luckly there are a lot because they filmed the rehearsals with cameras on stage.
  5. Well, the thing is, everything has to be approved by her song by song, so, in the end, and besides covid, it was delayed this much because she was bussy with other stuff. She received a workprint back in september while she was working in the movie script, she did notes over some songs during september/october and the production team worked over those notes inmediately, but then she was bussy recovering, traveling and doing black magic on her instagram so didn't had time to check the remaining songs until last january. At least until the september workprint the production team stayed with the original idea of not adding innecesary effects but create a cinematic experience, like it was shown in the little snippets she posted. Don't know how much has changed with her latest notes, right now they are really bussy working on it now that they finally have her attention. I hope I explained this correctly
  6. Not dead, still alive. You're always so kind with everybody
  7. Definitely, she doesn't even know were are her tours film masters, imagine searching for the films of ALL of her videos... Won't happen anytime soon, nobody is gonna bother.
  8. Yes, it was definitely a sign of just releasing things as they are and that's it. In the end, we are talking of the same team that never bothered to upload the HD version of confessions tour on the itunes store. On the other side, reconstructing the videos from scratch is highly expensive, is she really that profitable at this time to justify the budget?
  9. Indeed, this is a polished and upscaled tape master. Looks good for what it is, definitely better than nothing and an upgrade from previous sources. Sadly, that's what we have to accept of M's team, it's been years this way and I don't think it will change anytime soon.
  10. Damn this is good! I can see you really took your time with this! Please share the links with me Thanks for your hard work.
  11. It's being produced in 4K and streaming services are already offering 4K content in new releases while they can, so chances are high.
  12. Loved by M, not so love by fans. Why's that? Hipnotic song that brings you into a sugar tunnel. Incredible perfomances in the tours, highlights for sure.
  13. I hope she closes her goodbye tour with candy shop. Hipnotic song.
  14. Maybe a digital playlist, in the best case. I hope warner puts a stop in the aldo diaz days. Her love for his artworks shows how low is her creative taste right now.
  15. Really, people gets really demanding about the film, like if M is obligated to give it to them.
  16. People don't understanding the fact that post production for the Madame X film was delayed because of covid. Exactly what you said, it will be ready when it is. They're working on it and it's resulting really good
  17. Dear, post production can't be done either if people can't go to work with the already produced material if there's a lockdown. That's what happened with many films/tv shows, including Madame X. The industry has resumed working recently and that's a known fact.
  18. Are you joking? A lot of movies that were in production/post production got delayed, besides the ones that were going to premiere this year and had to be pushed back because of closed cinemas: Avatar, Star Wars, The Batman, John Wick 4, Jurassic World, The Matrix are just a few examples of movies that where in production and they had to be delayed because they lost months of filming/production and can't be completed for their original release date.
  19. Are you forgetting the fact that we are in a pandemic and even mayor blockbuster movies had to be delayed for a year or two because post production went on hold? Even before this, she always takes time to release the tour films. I don't understand why she should be forced to give us a day to day status of the post production and the release date. It's worth the wait.
  20. Yes, it was posted in march. Not even a trailer, just a mix of early unedited footage.
  21. So time proved me right and the film is edited exactly as I described months ago...
  22. Here I am And i never said they were completely done, I said they were in final post production stages You might not know this, but editing & post production is not just selecting camera angles The show has been put together and Madonna herself aproveed the last workprint presented to her, that's why she posted a speed up version of it on her instagram (Yes, that's the cut we're gonna get ) Now they have to finish processing the film. Of course post production was put on hold because of covid, and resumed in a later time. The proyect is still on and the film will be released, there are contracts to fullfill. As Madonna said, she's very happy with how the film is resulting. Love to you and everybody
