  1. I wouldn't be surprised if the MDNA studio version of Express Yourself contains the original acapella, that's what I meant with 'robot voice' cause it's the same robot voice used on several RIT, CT and S&S studio demos. The acapella she re-recorded for those MDNA shows she didn't sing it completely live is, of course, different.
  2. this is so mythical lol! finally someone leaked it along with Shame... what a waste of time keeping it on the vault.
  3. in this video you can clearly hear some 'studio stuff'... for example in Express Yourself you can identify the same 'robot' voice from other studio songs from previous tours.
  4. Amazing!! Abel did a fantastic work on W.E! Glad they're working together again
  5. Actually only 2 tracks have been leaked in their original form, I mean in high quality mp3 o other formats. Like a Virgin Waltz and Justify My Love. The other tracks you mention in that list must be backdrop audio rips or fanmade mixes. There're also some studio audios ripped from the press video filmed in Tel Aviv.
  6. I love both songs but Love Spent stands out to me. The title '2010's pop perfection' is written all over it.
  7. The first time I heard about Madonna was in a book I used to study in Primary school. That must have been in 1998, I was just a kid. Her name was mentioned in the profile of a girl in the question 'what music do you like?'. I remember asking myself 'who is that Madonna?' and 'look at her name, it's written with double n' lol No idea what the word madonna meant at that time but when I first discovered the song Like a Virgin I would soon realise the play on words. The next Madonna reference I was victim of (lol) took place in a famous Chilean tv contest. There were these girls trying to emulate the Beautiful Stranger's choreography, I hadn't even watched the video at the time but because of these girls I thought 'WHO IS that sexual woman everybody's trying to imitate?'. Soon after that I watched the American Pie video on MTV and became completely obssesed about it. She looked so damn good, maybe that was the last true straight moment in my life lmao because I found her so beautiful and captivating Next step was trying to get the song! In Chile cassettes were still selling well in the early 2000s so I first managed to get the main remix version of American Pie from the radio, old-school style, no commercial bullshit (yet lol) That's basically my beginning following Madonna, thanks to The Immaculate Collection, which my mom loved at the time, I realised the woman behind Live to Tell was in fact Madonna. I heard that song when I was probably around 3 or 4 years old, in the early 90's. I tended to associate it with Irene Cara's 'What a Feeling' (the intro sounded similar to me) and 'The Power of Love' by Jennifer Rush, it was sort of triad of songs I loved at the time but had not idea who the singer was. Now I have the feeling I will love Madonna til the day I die.
  8. Let's hope it's realeased this year, bring it on Madonna!! :1f61b:
  9. At the very end of the video you can listen to a snippet of a new song!!
  10. I think it would be a good idea if she skips Vogue, Express Yourself, Like a Prayer and Human Nature in her next tour. Don't get me wrong, I love those songs, most of them are big classics but they might get tiring if they're sung again. Same happened with Music and La Isla Bonita, remember? Wish she could include material from other studio albums like Confessions, Ray of Light, and especially American Life which has been horrendously ignored (yup, we've only got 2 songs during the last shows and as interlude form, that's not enough imo). As for her 80's hits, it would be nice if she decides to revive Who's That Girl. Many fans hoped she would replace Spanish Lesson or La Isla in the second round of S&S but she didn't listen to us lmao. Deeper and Deeper could be another great dance song to do again, and maybe Cherish which hasn't been performed since 1990 I'd really love to hear You'll See, Take a Bow or This Used to Be My Playground!! They could easily close an acoustic segment. Some Girls from MDNA would be great too
  11. Well we all know that Madonna's proved to be a true visionary, always ahead of her time. She's really got great instincts
  12. It's so beautiful to hear her voice! No idea if it's La Isla backwards, the Like a Prayer choir or a new recording but it's always magical to recognize the voice which has accompanied me for so long
  13. Madonna's weight is another interesting side to discuss, isn't it? Like you said, Rocco might have had an impact on her body... but damn, she looked SO good and sexy at the 2000 EMA in Stockholm and also the Don't Tell Me music video.
  14. Of course she's had her good look between 2002 and 2005 but I was only talking about 2001... She looked horrendous lmao Maybe it was the tan she used in some DWT concerts and the filming of Swept Away, no doubt she did not use it anymore in public.
  15. 1990.. the look of the most famous star on the planet 1995... drop dead. 2001... she looked so beautiful, can't believe during the same year and most of 2002 she would change her face so much
  16. I loved the face expression on the guy at the doors
  17. I just spotted the name 'beardonna' and immediately had to look it up on google... aaaand... enough internet for today
  18. I think this film is one of her most enjoyable, although I consider her to be a secondary character... so I don't understand why she appeared on the cover of the video releases? Maybe because she was the 'commercial hook' and that would expand the number of viewers? It's also nice to see her with Tom Hanks, one of the most prolifics American actors. Anyway, this a press conference shared by the lovely Jamesy from madonna-tv.com
  19. Well she kinda put some effort letting someone shoot some behind the scenes footage... it is beautiful to see her visit Latinamerican countries after so many years. The MDNA workshop was crap compared to Sticky's features but I agree, there're some many things her team could include in the releases. She does know how to let us hungry year after year lol
  20. This Used to Be My Playgrund and she needs to sing it live!!!
  21. It's impossible not to love this performance! When I saw her here in Chile I was immediately paid off, the best thing she did at Sticky imo.
  22. I think Madonna should perform at iTunes Festival, why hasn't she already performed there? Also, today I read one of the first nominations for the VMA, maybe there's a chance she performs there?
  23. I think the main problem with the Girl Gone Wild single lies on the fact that it sounded completely dated by the time it was released. I mean just have a listen to the Benassi remix of Celebration (late 2009), whose sound is present in almost every production he (they) did back in 2010 (Kelis, Chris Brown, several remixes and his own record). The song was even compared to Usher's 'DJ got us fallin' in love' by the press and others laughed at her for keep on singing songs as if she was still a girl. The video was sort of a rehash of the SEX book and the introduction lines were first used in 1989. So, basically, there was nothing original about it lmao. The mismanagement of the release of the MDNA singles plus remixes (between February and April 2012) along with their physical release didn't help either. Personally, I feel the song from time to time but it's not like what I feel with other MDNA productions (I even consider Superstar to be a better and more interesting song just because of its soft rock vibe). The same happens to me with 4 Minutes. Maybe the mistake was to rely on a sound that had already past its prime and I don't blame her at all. I know she's making the type of music she uses when she works out or whatever, something that she herself enjoys a lot... but when you want to make a comeback reach the masses you have to be a bit more clever than that. That's the kind of uninspired decisions I've hated from her lately, and it's not that I hate her completely, I really love that woman... but Gang Bang and Love Spent could have been that artistic freedom in music you're talking about and the album would have received more appreciation. However she went on with plans of releasing GGW and used it as the opening act of her last tour. In my humble opinion, no one will ever remember that song. Just us.
