I still haven't seen it yet. I'm waiting until I have the time to sit down and watch it properly on my TV with no distractions and with a drink and some comforting food. I could have watched bits of it but I wanna see it whole and not on my phone or tablet. I think I'll probably watch it on Saturday as I have nothing to get in the way . I've listened to True Blue audio already though as I'd been dying to hear it HQ and just had to hear it early. Three words: Cute. stunning! beautiful! People are right, the audio mixing/whatever is pretty damned good, not like some previous tours.....ahem,... **coughs**.....S&ST.... Ps. I have a soft spot for the DWT DVD. It was the first M DVD I had and was a Christmas present off my mum/mom. It was the first time I'd watched an M concert so looking back now i can forgive the poor quality. I guess it doesn't look as exciting or as vibrant as her more recent tour DVDs both because there doesn't seem to be any overlaying of effects and backdrops but also as the tour itself was kinda dark, edgy and mechanical (the tours after DWT are so much more fun, even in darker segments and she seems much more happier herself in the tours after DWT). I think the audio mixing is great though as her voice seems to sound very natural to me as if no or little vocal enhancements were used. But that's just my opinion. 😊😊😊 I think she originally made tour videos/DVD that were quite faithful recordings of the tours earlier on, where as now she's making the DVDs more visual, exciting, colourful and like a live music video than just capturing literally what happened on the stage as seen by one camera.

That tribute by Labrinth was really beautiful. I've heard of him before but never heard him sing before if I'm honest. I'm not up on recent music anymore lol.

I thought it looked weird too at first but once I zoomed in I could see there was nothing wrong. On my phone, the image is smaller and it's hard to make out the outer line of lights (edge of stage) furthest from the camera. The lights at the edge of the stage near the camera, lead backwards and the line of lights looks like it stops (as can't make put the lights near the back too well) but what I see is a reflected line of lights along side the edge of the stage further back which gives the illusion that the stage looks like it's been edited together crooked, lol. If that makes sense. I know what I mean but don't know how to explain it lol. A bit like: . | . | . | | | | |________________

I'm not fashion forward myself really at all, but I think the suit is kinda cool in a quirky-beautiful way. I can't say the same for the giant bowtie or the 2 inches of black roots though. Not feeling the hair or bowtie at all.

"It's a shaaaaaaaaame" that it's never been performed live. It would obviously work acoustically, or as a rock inspired mix (a la the headnclear mix), but also I think a more upbeat version using the electronic elements (it transformed well into a club/dancier version in all the mixes I think).

I forgot that! I thought she was gonna sing over the album version too. If she sings EY on tour or in a show again she deffo should base it on the album version. Those horns need to be heard.

Personally, I've not been too big on her past collaborations, but that was then. I'm not saying i would never like a collaboration in the future though. At the end of the day, at first listen, the most basic and simple thing is "do I like how this sounds?" without thinking and dissecting it. If the answer is "yes" then that's what matters.

I thought it rocked! I didn't see nervous or on edge or anything like that at all. I think that's how she is and that's her sense of humour/humor which is witty and a bit sarcastic. I thought she was true to herself personally. She's said before about people not getting her sense of humour, but I have the same type of humour as her so I get it. I could hear her too. OK it wasn't very loud, but she's singing with James Corden who, to be fair to him, really goes for it when he sings. And he's done stage shows (I think) so he's got that kinda natural show-offy, belting it out sort of performer voice. The DCFMA bit was great. I think she did it in a kind of parody of herself, but I saw flashes of the training she undertook for Evita still being there. If she chose to sing it in a more serious way (not on Carpool Karaoke, but maybe at a show like TOAC), it would have been quite stellar I think. Anyway, like others have said, she was on there for a bit of a laugh, to sing along a bit to her old, most well known hits, and not to give a tour worthy show in the car.

Sorry, i know it was written about a serious subject, but i just wanted to say, that her handwriting is just beautiful. ☺ I mean i've known it for a long time but only just said it lol. I have this weird fascination with writing style/tidiness, art and pens and pencils etc ever since i was a kid, and i just think it's really beutiful and almost art-like.

The Cersei Lannister-ification looks pretty damned good. Maybe the next era/look will be medieval maiden/Game Of Thrones-esque....
