  1. Please don't take offense

  2. I feel SO HAPPY Before joining this forum I thought I was the only one to think that! Oh how I miss that not-so-in-tune opening in Turin 1987! And of course presenting the band during the Girlie Show! The show I really would have loved to attend is La Cantine de Faubourg for the Americal Life promotion: everything live!
  3. One more thing: even if it was a Broadway musical, the MUSIC is so important and everyone sings LIVE!! I would love if she concentrated on the musical side, like for instance Everybody in the Girlie Show... pure magic
  4. I think I was misundertood. Sorry BIM, but I'm sad you call me stupid! How could I say that nothing M released in the 90s had impact! I love the other decades! Even more than the Eighties! Just to name a few more, what about Rain, You'll see, Drowned world, I'll remember, American Life? I'm so in love with them all!!! But during MDNA I noticed how many people around me - not big fans but the common public - expect songs like Into the groove and Like a virgin, and were very let down when they heard the "waltz" LAV. Performers are always expected to do the hits, and the biggest in the common opinion are from that period. But no song is boring if it's good. I heard Like a prayer so many times but I'd be ready to hear a new rendition. Who's that girls sounds so old so I'm so curious to see what happened...
  5. The fact that we think different doesn't make us stupid.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if M performeds "a shit ton of 80's stuff" and ignored ROL, COADF etc because these songs of the Eighties had an impact that no other tracks had in the following decades! ROL may be a masterpiece, but EVERYWHERE in 1987 you could listen to WHO'S THAT GIRL, and EVERYBODY loved Madonna! I didn't find a place in the biggest cinema of my town when I went to see WTG movie, this certainly didn't happen with the Next best thing. Many Madonna fans are like my age, so they cherish that iconic period... Don't misunderstand me: I'd love to hear American Life and Love profusion and even NRM instead of Dress you up :Madonna053: But please not Ray of light anymore! Anyway, if the rumors are true... we are getting so many nice unexpected songs!
  7. Have you seen this?? https://twitter.com/kevinantunes411/status/639592111709548544
  8. Something's coming over... mmmh... Madonna's got a secret for me!

  9. That's what I read on Madonna Underground: Tony Villanueava has responded to a question by a fan on his Instagram whether or not there would be another pit/golden triangle during the show. He responded by saying: ‘Pit. It could be a Pit OR it might be something better !’ http://madonnaunderground.com/to-pit-or-not-to-pit/ I keep hoping there will be SOMETHING!
  10. Any news about the pit in RHT? Isn't it too late to get special places in Montreal? No ICON member special treats this time? I remember Tony saying to expect something special.. this too will be a surprise?
  11. I said that because it sounds like the ending of the song more than a beginning, I don't feel her starting to sing after that point, but maybe I'm influenced by the album version... But it's definitely incredible!
  12. It doesn't look like an opening sequence though...
  13. Finally something new to talk about... something ICONIC... WOWWOWWOW https://instagram.com/p/7LVpQxmEQt/
  14. Time goes by... so slowly

  15. I'm from Italy but I'm coming to London! I just bought the second date ticket through viagogo... floor I didn't find anything on ticketmaster... This makes 4 shows: Turin, London x2, Glasgow... not much but I'm working
  16. I shiver with antici...pation

  17. Set list # 2 is so unbelievable... BIM as opener? Followed by Into the groove? Dress you up in the middle of the pole dancing of Holy water? The only thing I'd really love is VENI VIDI VICI... I imagine an interlude and then she comes out to sing the chorus... too good to be true. The one I posted from Kazeo is another evolution of Illuminatix I shiver with antici...pation!
  18. What about this? http://rebel-heart-tour.kazeo.com/ It is almost the same that's been circulating, but in the meantime LDLHA has gone (unless it's hidden behind Heartbreak city), Between the bars doesn't surface (unless it's just a snippet inside Ghosttown), no signs for Hold tight (definitely replaced by Rebel Heart), Borrowed time interlude without You'll see (I never understood this mashup, sounded so fake), Everybody has gone too unless it's together with Holiday... Still looks the most credible, and apart from Candy Shop (vagina or not...) I like almost everything... I'll miss Hold tight too
  19. If you go away: "lyrics aren't bad". Of course! We're talking Jacques Brel! A masterpiece, and M does it justice. It deserves more...Supernatural: I never heard a song with such original lyrics. The arrangement fits the story perfectly but the melody should have been better, pity!Freedom: I can't believe it's placed behind Revolution. The first one is a song, the other is an exercise. Too bad!!
  20. Everytime it's easier to say which is the worst... IMO Holiday RIT, no poetry and no invention at all...I voted Keep it together but I adore Everybody, both the musicality (a live band presentation with Sly and the family stone) and the atmosphere, and the final surprise...
  21. So difficult to say! Probably Confessions is the most emotional, I still remember how I felt when I saw it in Paris, Blond Ambition is the most iconic, the one I cherish the most because the myth started from here (but in 1987 also WTG was very iconic), MDNA is very theatrical... maybe a little bit too much with the thurible... I agree with Elazul when he says that Drowned World is majestic in its simplicity: you don't need special effects to make an entrance if you're Madonna!! Definitely S&S is the one I liked less.
  22. This is my first post so I hope it works... I'm not very good with forums, sorry!!! While we are waiting to see if all these indiscretions about the RHT setlist are true, why not judge the best SECOND song from every tour? Because to open a show in an unforgettable way is not easy, but to keep on surprising the audience is even more difficult! So here is my list: 1 Fever GS  2 Nobody knows me RIT 3 Revolver MDNA 4 Open you heart BAT 5 Get together CT 6 Lucky star WTG 7 Beat goes on SS 8 Holiday VT 9 Impressive instant DWT ... I already hear the criticism arriving
