How come north american tour ticket holders get various gifts and europe gets nothing? I have a VIP ticket too and I ain't getting nothing :/ I heard they're giving a limited edition book and a draw-string bag! I want it too!

From a brazilian news report (roughly translated): "The first 6 shows of the 'Rebel Heart Tour', which promote her latest album, released earlier this year, have brought together about 130 000 spectators and raised around US $ 23 million, which in our devalued currency translates into almost 100 million reais (brazilian currency)! The two opening concerts in Montreal alone gathered about 40.325 people and amounted to US$ 9.3 million in Boxscore . As for the four shows on American soil , so far, they had an audience of 88.551 fans and a return of $ 13.6 million . If Madonna continues at this pace, the new tour will close with more than US $ 230 million, which in Reais, would bring the show to the billions. Incredible , right?"

I think WTG didn't fit her voice, at least the way she sang it. I wish she kept it instead of Ghosttown too, but in another version.
