I was skeptical until I saw that person who’s part of Jack Harlow’s crew post that he saw her there: Now I’m a combination of excited and scared… I hate that I should feel nervous for her but her live performances/award shows/speeches of late haven’t exactly done wonders for her (Eurovision, aretha speech etc). I just wish for her to have an appearance where everyone thinks she’s amazing and gives her the respect she deserves

We finally won kids!! This was so unexpected and exciting. I hope aside from the actual music releases themselves (personally hoping for gorgeous gatefold vinyl releases with new inner artwork designs etc) we’ll get lots of proper polished content online as well. Like Mariah’s MC30 campaign, I hope ‘M40’ gives us sleek branding and videos and never seen before photos and M actually posting and reflecting on her back catalogue. It seems like they’re taking it seriously so I would hope so. I think this would need to mean her Instagram account is at least part-managed by the label though. I just think her Instagram presence properly giving credit to these iconic albums and her showing herself engaging with them and being nostalgic and proud of them too would make such a difference to how people see her online. I know that’s not typically been her way of thinking… but hopefully this starts to change that.

Late commenting on these photos because I’ve only just picked my jaw up off the floor. I literally gasped when I saw the first Instagram post! This the best she’s looked in months, if not years! These photos gave me so much joy, they’re so fun and camp and instantly made me think of 92 vanity fair. What a difference it makes having some lashes and eye make up on (like in comparison to the post before with the dungarees and straw hat). She looks more like herself again, which makes me think that’s what could’ve been making her seem different recently. And her hair looks phenomenal, volume and no roots! I so wish this was an actual shoot for an album campaign, not just for her Instagram. Would fit a really fun sound, maybe fusing classic Americana vibes with something modern like Music or American Life like, but with a party spin. Ugh, a girl can dream.

It’s just such an own-goal my god. If the hashtag had just been #fuckthehaters or something like that none of this would be happening. It would have just been showing support to lil nas in a tongue in cheek way. Instead it just comes off as insecure, childish and tone deaf. Who lets these things happennnn!

Ffs. I saw this and cringed so hard. She’s gonna get dragged for this. What lil nas did was such a big deal and a comment like this is so tone deaf. If it was just the photos being posted that would have been fine, people had been making that comparison already, but to say I did it first, like so what? You weren’t black and gay which is way more stigmatised… What annoys me as well though is surely it’s not actually Madonna doing this kind of thing, with the hashtags and peoples handles and everything on stories. It’s Ricardo right? This is what I’ve always assumed. That he does this kind of thing cause he thinks it’s funny or clever or whatever and then it backfires and everyone just gets angry with Madonna!

Well I’ve read accounts of the night that suggest otherwise, and seen photos where she’s holding different Polaroids to the ones on the online auction. I didn’t realise you were there and saw all this firsthand, apologies.

That’s as well as the in person auction… There are literally videos of them auctioning the Polaroids and her talking to a man who gets his credit card out. You can see the Polaroid and it’s different to the three being auctioned online, she has a pink t shirt on. So my point still stands. Sweetie.

I don’t really get your point. How does there being hundreds of pride parties across the city affect any of what I said? It wasn’t a ‘show’ with the sole purpose being to entertain her fans, it was to raise money, so obviously a crowd of wealthy ‘elite’ people being in attendance is going to be of more benefit, sweetie.

I feel like this is a bit of a harsh take. The whole thing was to raise as much money for the two charities as possible, it wasn’t really a meant to be a show for her fans… Obviously I’d have absolutely loved to have been there as I’m sure we all would, but someone who could get their credit card out and donate $25,000 on a whim is gonna be much more useful for the cause than me being there, trust me!

She looks absolutely stunning here!! This is the kind of content we wanna see on her channels, I gasped! Although, just noticing, does she have a bit of a lazy eye now? Her left eye. In none of the photos can you see the full pupil and light reflection like you can in her right... Hadn’t really noticed before.

She does look amazing (well, the third photo isn’t great, should have left that off...) but my god the articles about this are going to be on ridiculous. It makes me so conflicted, because I want to just be like yasss go on sis, show off what you’ve got, but then as a fan I just know the backlash is gonna be horrible to witness, from the media and just the non-fan GP.

So hopefully it may finally be done! Also she looks absolutely gorgeous here, a SERVE. The last couple of videos have properly made me laugh too, she has such a funny sense of humour And hearing her sing rebel heart! So random, but a treat. God I love her.

Still have no idea what’s going on really but feel like the thinking of it being the performances behind the screens that were a problem with the initial recordings makes sense. She was kind of hard to see in those performances IRL so wouldn’t be surprised the footage doesn’t look great. However, one thing at least is that she looks absolutely stunning! I don’t know if it’s partly just seeing her with eye make up on again, as she’s been going without it a lot recently, but she looks a lot more like herself, beautiful.

Oh wow that latest video and insta stories!! No idea what the hell is going on but it feels exciting. It must be for more than just extra shots for the tour edit surely. Just in a white studio like that I can’t see how they’d be that beneficial. The idea of it being rehearsals for an awards show performance, or a pre-record for a show at least, came to me when watching the video. Maybe to coincide with the tour being released...

This woman ? honestly We’re not seeing this tour for another few months are we...

100% would rather Netflix if only one or the other. The quality will be great, can stream it from anywhere and everywhere, and people who aren’t just fans may actually watch out of curiosity and appreciate what she can do. She needs all the help she can get with her GP perception.
