Truth or Dare really shaped my childhood/growing up into a young adult. I literally overplayed my VHS.  But I'll say this.  If she does another tour documentary, then it is certain that tour will never be officially released as a concert dvd/bluray. I'll take a concert dvd over a tour documentary. In Madonna's world, a fan can never have both. 

I loved then both in different ways, but, I have to go with Truth or Dare as it's iconic!

the interesting thing about it is that it looks like close up of a new professional picture, probably a new shoot.

I can see a connection with LAP too. If this is a cover in any way, it will end up being one of my faves (and that's usually not the case as a lot of times I don't think her covers are of the standard they could be).
