  1. It was a little after 12. She made a comment during the Fado section that a queen is never late. So you can imagine how that went over. She also said that something about Vegas never sleeping and that she was a saint and doing this for us, which alludes back to the Polaroid moment.
  2. I think it would be a hard case since yes she started late but she still have a full show, Ticketmaster doesn’t care about us and will probably give a generic statement that things happen beyond control. Someone like Lauryn Hill who is also notoriously late will perform like 3 songs and then leave. I’ve looked it up before with Lauryn but I’ve never found evidence that people actually get refunded.
  3. So this is what I wrote on Tribe: Ok wow......That was a rough show. 12 am start time lead to a LOT of people leaving and lots of heckling throughout the show. She sounded like she had the sniffles so flu is still in effect. The Polaroid moment was all over the place. The first bid was $1,800, the second was $3,000 but the original bidder said it wasn’t all there. The third bid was ‘$5-6 thousand’, to which Madonna replied ‘You don’t know?’, someone offered their watch and then someone tried to give her all $1’s. The guy who offered $5-6 thousand was a pizza guy named Anthony who she referenced a few more times. The beer moment was at the stairs again. Honestly, it wasn't a great show for me in the sense I'm still jetlagged coming from Toronto, so it felt like 3 am when the show started so I was a little tired and unfocused and sitting near people who I knew would want to sit through the show and tell me to sit but has no problem during Medellin 'Maluma' repeatedly and saying 'Where's Maluma? I'm going to fuck him in the ass!!'. The best part for me was the person I ended up chatting with who was in town for business and then extended a day to see the show and it was also his first Madonna show! He knew about 3 Madame X songs, so he said it was good he got to take in the lyrics live for the others. And with so many leaving, prior to the show we went to the ushers to ask if we could bump our spot somewhere and they let us in the front section of where standing since it was completely empty aside from one person so one section over from our original tickets. So we moved up 13 rows from M to A and then during the Fado section when I was going to the bathroom someone handed me his tickets so moved up a few more rows in the 103 section. It was interesting to take in the show from there. Seeing and hearing different sounds was really cool. To cap off the night we ended up going back to our original spot in 203 and we both got to touch her!! She exits from 102-103 to 202-203. ---- Overall the show was enjoyable, the heckling was pretty common as I heard in Chicago, after Batuka when she's explaining her journey to Portugal people yelling 'Sing!', so nothing was out of the ordinary (as I say this is ordinary).
  4. 1) Madonna Chicago Theatre Chicago, Ill. Oct. 16-28, 2019 $5,517,435 23,233/23,233 Average Gross: $788,205 Average Attendance: 3,319 Chicago Theatre Capacity: 3,600
  5. One more (after today) and I’ll be there by noon! Don’t wanna jinx myself but damn the weather looked good all week!
  6. Not entirely, as the shows went on I think people caught onto the idea and have found the person who's 'in charge' of it. Notice how there's no longer a bidding war? I know from the 21st show in Chicago, Detox was right behind me and it was halfway during the song prior to the Polaroid bid a woman came to find her and get her set up. Also its probably good that the person who had the second highest bid is now known as the person who had x thousand in their wallet leaving the theatre.
  7. Yikes. From MadonnaTribe: Opening night in Francisco didn’t go too well - the crowd was seated for much of the show including many in the front row which clearly upset madonna . During god control most of the crowd remained seated until mid way through when they finally woke up, woke up, woke up woke up... One fan who I know has seen Madonna 100+ times around the world including most of the NY and Chicago shows said “this was the worst crowd at any Madonna show I’ve ever seen”. Eek. Try harder San Francisco!! A couple in the front row left during Human Nature - Madonna asked “why?” And called them “trash” who were probably wearing Banana Republic!! Adding to the problems is that the stage is 12feet from the front row. Madonnas management were asking fans in the front row to fill the gap but venue security kept sending them backward. There were no serious bidders for the Polaroid. Someone offered $400 and was told by a playful madonna to fuck off, so a friend of Madonna’s bid $10k and promised to pay later. The Beer Bitch moment looks to continue to be over for now at least, and was Madonna sat on the stairs having a group chat with the audience, although one fan was chosen to hand her the beer before the group chat began. She excited on the beer bitch side as there was no centre aisle. Hopefully the next night in San Francisco will Come Alive!
  8. I didn’t notice it in my first show in Chicago which is odd since I wore that jacket to show off all night ? but the second show where I was much closer it was so hot even before she began and about 5 songs in she said ‘It’s cold in here’ and it got so much warmer. Genius move I saw a few rows in front of me was a paper fan.
  9. It wasn't even even at the Chicago shows either as I recall, even with limited sizes.
  10. Of course the shirt I want to order is still off the site.
  11. This is my friend I'm travelling to Paris with! He ended up getting a front row ticket to the Tuesday show.
  12. Can we change the thread title make this the boxscores thread? Billboard posted the boxscores breakdown today: September 17-28: $5,509,991 17,708/17,708 (100%) October 1-12: $4,121,769 13,693/13,693 (100%)
  13. I do believe at both the album launch and NYC pop up before the tour it was $450. And then the Mae Couture paintings were $2,500 and the signed Madame X vinyl was $2,000.
  14. I do remember that was from Wednesday something along ‘He thinks I’m crazy’.

Hopefully you guys can make the 13th, since it's only a day after.
  16. Originally was going to the 6-10, but it worked out $400 less to say until the 12th! I have tickets for the 9th, but I'll be going to try and go for the other shows too!
  17. These 2 were pop up store exclusives. I don't think the necklace came with a box. And the second item is an armband.
  18. A Chicago shirt! Though, I wish for a different image than the one in NYC.
  19. How did you end up with so many. ? if they’re gonna go to waste maybe make someone’s day in the balcony and give them the others?
  20. VIP merchandise I think. Scarf, bracelet, lithograph and bag.
  21. Doooo it!! Also, it's gonna be an awesome crowd. Last show and as of a few mins ago, there was 9 tickets on Ticketmaster, so it's gonna be a packed house.
