  2. I mean..... guys.... LOOK. AT. HER!!!!!!!! how dare she look like this!!!! She's absolutely stunning, in my opinion, even more beautiful than on tour.
  3. guys, did you see Tony's post on Insta? He said "the secret is out" and "very soon we will be able to relive the Madame X experience". He also said the only clip he watched, gave him goosebumps! #soon
  4. is that a real thing?? omg I need it!
  5. When Beychella was released, Netflix did a huge promotion, probably we'll have a post on social media, followed by a trailer and a date. Beyoncé's doc was not featured on any release list, it was a surprise announcement. Since it's the first Madonna release on Netflix I believe it will have a big promo. Fingers crossed!
  6. I think it's very important for her to show the pain and suffering she endured on the tour, literally blood, sweat and tears. I also think she knows it's the ONLY footage the fans will be able to see the whole concert. So, I'm trying to be positive and hope for a release like Ariana Grande did for her last tour, we get the whole show and some behind the scenes throughout the show.
  7. I absolutely loathe the grills thing. Would it ever stop? I don't remember when it began, was it for Bitch I'm Madonna? #soon
  8. I'm a big fan of physical releases. If there's a slightest hiccup on your connection the content will not be played in 4K-DolbyVision-5.1 audio. With the bluray disc you have a guarantee the content will always be top notch. (unless it's the Rebel Heart Tour ) I'm also a big fan of Extras, behind the scenes and interviews. Other than that it's good to keep in mind that most of the planet doesn't have a ultra fast broadband or fiber optic. Saying that.... I'm really happy she's going with a good streaming service for this release! Amazon Prime is not the best in terms of quality and user experience. I'm hoping Warner can cut a deal with Netflix for a physical release after a period of time.
  9. many Netflix series are available on DVD/Bluray, House of Cards, Orange is the new Black... etc
  10. some people are saying Netflix usually calls its musical releases a documentary. it happened with Taylor's Reputation, Ariana's tour, Beychella too. I'm trying to stay positive... at least Netflix has the best picture and audio quality of the streaming services.
  11. yes! If you see any video from Jump recorded from the audience is very clear to see the lift opening and closing. it's quite the effect when you see it on the DVD, I think is beautiful.... but it is an effect.
  12. sorry love, the disappearing M on Jump, Sofia on Isaac and the dancers on Ray of Light are absolutely 100% FX. Jonas Åkerlund used the projection on post production to make the effect.
  13. do you think so? I think that if it goes to a major streaming platform it is very likely it will be 4K HDR, every major release has been on 4K for the past year. Swift's Reputation, Beyoncé's Coachella, Ariana's doc... fingers crossed!
  14. 26 here! I've been a fan since I was 12 when I heard Hung Up on the radio.
  15. to me, the Oscar party from 2011 remains flawless to this day:
  16. I think this time is gonna be REAL SOON!
  17. to me is very clear she is working on the edit of Madame X again... maybe she left a few things for Diablo/production to work with and now she is back to Lisbon to finish the DVD/Bluray/Streaming of the tour. fingers crossed!
  18. From Madonna.com: UNIVERSAL PICTURES ANNOUNCES FILM BASED ON THE UNTOLD TRUE STORY OF MADONNA September 15, 2020 Madonna is Co-Writing the Original Screenplay with Academy Award® Winner Diablo Cody, and the Project will be Produced by Three-Time Academy Award® Nominee Amy Pascal UNIVERSAL CITY, CA—September 15, 2020 — Universal Pictures today announced that the studio is developing an ALL-NEW untitled project based on one of the world’s most influential icons, Madonna, who over an indelible five-decade career has had a groundbreaking impact as a musician, actress, director, author and entrepreneur who informs every aspect of global culture, transforming our understanding of art, sexuality, feminism and the role of women in entertainment. Madonna will direct the project and is co-writing the script with Academy Award® winner Diablo Cody (Juno, Tully). Three-time Oscar® nominee Amy Pascal (Little Women, The Post, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and the Academy Award®-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse), will produce for her Universal-based Pascal Pictures alongside Madonna. Sara Zambreno and Guy Oseary will executive produce. “I want to convey the incredible journey that life has taken me on as an artist, a musician, a dancer – a human being, trying to make her way in this world,” said Madonna. “The focus of this film will always be music. Music has kept me going and art has kept me alive. There are so many untold and inspiring stories and who better to tell it than me. It’s essential to share the roller coaster ride of my life with my voice and vision.” “Madonna is the ultimate icon, humanitarian, artist and rebel. With her singular gift of creating art that is as accessible as it is boundary-pushing, she has shaped our culture in a way very few others have,” said Donna Langley, Chairman, Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. “It’s an incredible honor for everyone at Universal to work alongside her, Diablo, and Amy to bring audiences and dedicated fans around the world her unvarnished story for the first time.” “This movie is an absolute labor of love for me,” said Amy Pascal. “I have known Madonna since we made A League of Their Own together, and I can’t imagine anything more thrilling than collaborating with her and Diablo on bringing her true-life story to the big screen with Donna and our partners at Universal.”
