She's probably the brilliant actress eveyone in the forum seems to claim, i do not doubt that, but she hasn't got the physical features at all, wich is as important as the acting skills in my opinion for a biopic. Madonna was stunning when she was younger (she still is very beautiful) and that is not a detail imo, this is also part pf what makes her so famous, she had that magnetic beauty, big eyes, strong eyebrows, etc... That actress, as brilliant as she is has absolutely nothing that looks like Madonna.

To me it means she's the best among the girls they have cast, and i believe they didn't cast enough girls or at least not in the right places. This is my opinion.

A lot of people don't get that if Madonna has that unique beauty and charisma in her face is ALSO because she is italian, and while she dyes her hair blond and stay out of the sun, she has those mediterranean faetures in her face, and mixed with the blond and pale skin it gives her that unique and stunning beauty. That girl, Julia Garner, is probably a great actress and if she got the role then great for her, she would be crazy to refuse it, but M and her team should have cast unknown girls all around the country and find a raw jewel, a girl who has that unique charisma, just like what Jean Jacques Beineix did for his classic and incredibly brilliant movie "37°2 le matin", he noticed the incredible Beatrice Dalle in the streets, the girl had just done a few pictures for a magsine before but was an absolute unknow girl who was hanging with the bad kids in the streets and in the subway all day long. Madonna needed that kind of uniqueness and raw talent. She should have stayed away from the Hollywood celebrities for her role. I wish good luck to Julia though.

I for one would prefer a totally lipsynch performance done perfectly than a live singing with cringy moves. After all in the 80's a lot of tv perforrmances or outdoors tv shows were lipsynched and that was no big deal.

Well "Deeper and deeper" (FEL remix) is a given. I'd say "Frozen on fire" with Sickick is also kinda certain. Then if there is a 3rd one (which i believe) maybe Vogue. That's my prediction !

No it really doesn't. It's not because it's black clothes and it's leather boots that it as cool. The letterman outfit was pretty cool when she wore it, but what she wore last night is tacky as f**ck. what she wore last night is not 90's cool it's 2010 tacky.

As some members have mentionned above, the look (hair + clothes) is beyond horrible, couldn't make her look older and less beautiful. As usual she looks much, much better while at home or during the live chat a few days ago... anyway i'm super happy she's hanging with Fka Twigs, that girl is beyond talented and can only have an amazing artistic influence on M. I didn't know her a few days ago but her insta has really impressed me, like a modern day early Madonna with the looks, sports, dancing etc...

Yes i agree releasing three remixes that sounds almost the same is... weird and crazy lol. Well now it's finally over ! The funny side is that, as fans we will always remember that weird 'mini era', i mean wich other big artist would do that ?! That's Madonna, she's always bern a bit crazy, the thing is that in the past everything was really ubder control with record companies, manager, physical single releases etc... Now that she has found out new current ways of releasing music, more "free", like she says she can record something in a day and decide to post it on the web by herself and as a result we get 3 almost identical releases of the same track within two months ! If she had that way of working a few years ago we would have probably get 5 Candy Shop remixes with differents rappers released as HC singles 😂

You know what, i don't really listen to those new Frozen remixes, it's just not my thing, the slow trap/slow dubstep has never been something i like, BUT, deep inside i'm happy she's still doing modern and fresh music, we may like it or not but one thing for sure it sounds current. She has never and never will be cheesy musically. Sometimes it gets on our nerves when we don't like what she releases but damn, i'm so happy she's not releasing cheesy stuff, full of glitters and shiny bodysuits. She could easily record a new disco remix of Hung Up featuring Gloria Gaynor but as much as i love disco i think that's not what i expect from Madonna, at least not now. In 2005 that was edgy pf her to do so, now not so much.
