September 18 –  Sold accepting $500 but  October 2 not sold as $2,000 offer deemed too low??

Isn't $2,000 offer better than zilch! zero! zip! nil! none! diddly-squat! nada! not a sausage! NUFFIN'?

After I read that the $2,000 wasn’t good enough for CHARITY I was a little pissed off at her for that. And then irony that’s the exact same price that it sold the next day, and then the same range the show after

    Basically these two:

    MDN-Passport_LS_Tee-1_720x.jpg?v=1576183

    MDN-camotee_370x.jpg?v=1573248595

The passport stamp one was at least in Chicago for sure not sure if it was anywhere else, a friend wanted this when he went to Miami and said it wasn't there.

The camo one looks like it might be the NYC pop up exclusive, but some merchandise at shows or her site are the same design but slightly different, for example:

this was grey instead of red at the NYC pop up.

But wasn't it announced early in the day?

Miami was just 2 hours before showtime.

Has Madonna ever cancelled a show this last minute before? With all the other Madame X dates she announced them at least earlier that day, if I recall correctly. I'm really worried

A quick search on Twitter 'Madonna Cancelled BAM' people were finding out at least around here (oddly before I copied this from Twitter the time was 6:43 not 5:43. Weird.)

It must be something serious. She has never canceled this close to showtime before.

October 7th in NYC it was posted on the doors.

Gosh I hope she's ok. Hope the cancellation is not true, Or maybe a rumor? We need confirmation from more venue insiders.

and I posted a screenshot of the cancelled event.

  5. Pollstar posted their year end stats (Nov 22, 2018-Nov 20, 2019)

Madonna ranked #98 on the worldwide list and #77 on the North American tours.

    Madonna:
    Gross: $16.3 million
    Cities/Shows: 6/36
    Average Ticket: $277.28
    Average Tickers Per City; 1,630
    Tickets Sold: 58,696
    Average Gross: $452,097

Keep in mind Pollstar will also estimate grosses as the cities doesn’t match (NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Las Vegas and LA) and also if they counted the show on the 20th that makes 35 shows. The ticket sales are also way off, the Billboard boxscores from NYC and Chicago have her at over 54,000 tickets sold.

That's a nice but somewhat empty gesture at this point.  I doubt there will actually be many takers.  It'll be incredibly expensive to arrange such last minute transportation, hotel, and time off work during the holiday season, plus Boston is in the middle of a mega snowstorm situation.  It's not even safe to be out and about especially at the hours Madame X demands.

Still, better something than nothing for the VIP fans.

It'll be a small amount for sure, but it might not be so bad. My friend who lives in San Fran but is a Boston native is considering a quick day trip. $350 ticket refund can be used on a flight and then end up with a free show wouldn't be too bad. But yeah the weather and last minute decision from their team will definitely hinder the number of people going. I'm just hoping they'll give fans some good seats god knows there's enough to go around. It wold suck to go all the way there and to end up with balcony tickets or something.

I'm looking at trying to sell my hotel booking via a website that re-sell none refundable bookings and they take a 10% charge if the booking gets sold and theres no charge if it doesn't get sold. If not I'll just have to take the full loss ? and I'm not risking booking another hotel for the resheduled show incase of any further cancellation of shows due to the knee injury.

This happened to be before and even though it was non refundable I was able to move my reservation to another date. I mean it’s not getting a refund it’s just a date change. Be adamant, worst they can say is no.

The only difference with some US dates is that these London and Paris shows are packed, so it's hard to cancel...

At least that's my impression when looking for tickets on Ticketmaster, can anyone confirm?
How many seats are still available for Lisbon, London and Paris?

But after all this I highly doubt Naples and Berlin will happen, and if they do this means that Live Nation people are crazy and irresponsible.

London you can’t see the seats available it’s mainly the more expensive tickets left which isn’t a surprise but Lisbon and all of the Paris minus the 7 and 8 which were added were sold out!

I think it's a mix of both facts: physical problems and poor sales. This is how the Boston shows for December 1st and 2nd were last Sunday.

Of course fans are the best theorists and know everything. Do they probably fudge some tickets and numbers, probably. Here's how Chicago looked the day before the show and what the boxscores say:

    1) Madonna

    Chicago Theatre

    Chicago, Ill.

    Oct. 16-28, 2019

    $5,517,435

    23,233/23,233

    Average Gross: $788,205

    Average Attendance: 3,319

    Chicago Theatre Capacity: 3,600

I don't understand, @SimonVenekeois it just for the people who already attended the show? They are sending the gift by mail. But I suppose from now on you'll collect the book at the venue, don't you?

It's for those who bought a VIP package, but since it wasn't ready until now people who went before will have it sent to them, and now you'll be getting it at the show.

Originally when people asked VIP Nation about it, they said they wouldn't send to an address that wasn't the US or Canada, but I guess more people e-mailed and complained it wasn't fair so they've decided they'll send it overseas.
