  1. I mean, we don't know. We saw her getting tied up for some bondage/kinky sex and then boom she's dead. I always thought it was asphyxiation or that she was strangled because the "game" went too far. Never thought he was a serial killer. But I might be. Anyway, the bondage scene is there in the video.
  2. Crave was performed on both nights the show was filmed.
  3. I mean, there is a scene where she has a kinky one night stand with a stranger from a bar and she eventually dies from a failed erotic game.
  4. I know right? Everytime it looks like the anniversary sneaked up on them and caught them by surprise so they go like "oh wait, stay tuned, I promise we'll do something". It's the husband that came home after work and forgot your birthday, so now he's leaving the house again to get you a present. You should have known. How hard it to organise a surprise and announce it/release it on the actual anniversary? Every time is a shit show.
  5. 2 months. They better fucking bring it when they decide to come back, cause it's really not cute anymore. My guess is the True Blue surprises aren't ready and they don't want to release Hollywood in the mean time
  6. I'm expecting the True blue surprises to just be a bunch of new tshirts available on her shop and maybe a music video in HD
  7. So there has been no mention from Madonna or Gomes about any documentary being made. We have never seen M editing any other footage apart from the live footage. No mention whatsoever. The only instances of the word "documentary" being used were the Netflix rumors that turned out to be false. So I'm really not expecting a documentary at this point.
  8. So disappointing to have them drop the ball on Hollywood. It's been almost 2 months since the last release. Are they going from once a week to twice a year?
  9. I love future! I agree with you that the bonus tracks were better off unreleased
  10. You don't have to hate anything. I just personally find it a lot less appealing to know that it wasn't her input for most of the album, that's all.
  11. I was wrong. She wasn't sued for Frozen over "love is a bird, she needs to fly", she was sued over the instrumental intro (and won the case). So nothing to do with the songwriting anyway. Why try to deny Madonna's efforts and accomplishments as a songwriter? The truth is that she has consistently written the vast majority of her songs, except for a few tracks here and there. She had more songs written by other artists at the very beginning, but that's normal for a new artist that's still following the label's every instruction.
  12. And no, covers really don't count because they are covers. Of course she didn't write them!
  13. It's the first time I heard about the Vogue lawsuit. Do you have any sources? I'd like to read about it. And even if it wasn't original, she was still the author of the song. For Frozen, I think you're getting your facts mixed up. The lawsuit (which she actually won in the end) was started by a Dutch guy called Salvatore Aquaviva or something and he sued her over the lyric "love is a bird, she needs to fly". Unless you are referring to an entirely different lawsuit I've never heard about? Even then, again, it would mean that it wasn't original, not that she didn't write it.
  14. The music and the concept. The lyrics are penned almost entirely by Madonna.
  15. Of course. However, it wasn't an entire album and it was much, much better written songs.
  16. ?? La isla bonita, Vogue, Frozen and Sky fits heaven were all written by her. Fever, ROL and LDLHA are covers so it doesn't really fit this discussion. And yes, she had released songs that she didn't write before, but never a whole album. She had never not cared before.
  17. Come on, she was barely even involved in the making of MDNA. She just bought a few songs and changed a comma here and there to get songwriting credit. The songs that she did write are non-sense generic pop songs. It's a fun album and I do listen to it sometimes, but it can hardly stand next to any of her other albums. It's a Britney Spears kind of album.
  18. This is incredibly hard and I'll probably change my mind 25 times in the next minute.
  19. Wasn't this video available to purchase from iTunes? Was it in LQ?
  20. Maybe uploading in 360p was slightly more expensive and Warner couldn't give half a fuck?
  21. From what I recall, she didn't want Die Another Day on American Life either, and that might be the reason why she stopped doing movie soundtracks. Well, she also stopped acting, so there's that too
  22. Yes https://web.archive.org/web/20011205064123/http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/jowhiley/interviews/madonna_1_nov2001.shtml
  23. If she prohibited fans from making videos and then went and cut performances from the film release, she won't be easily forgiven this time. Imagine if she cut Extreme Occident
