It wasn't only because of the song (yes, they sound really similar). It was all about her attitude, like if she invented LGTBI community, being blond and famous (looks copied directly from Hung Up, Blond Ambition era etc etc), her fans and the press calling her 'the Queen of Pop' when she only had 1 record and a half... And yes, she was exhausted with the divorce, etc and she still delivered with a 100% energy on the Sticky & Sweet Tour and the MDNA Tour, and raising a good family at the same time. For me that is a superwoman. Super human. Is not fair that we are still talking bad about Hard Candy or MDNA when she did 120 % of what a person at her age can tolerate. Please move on from the Blond Ambition days, it's really healty. Like A Virgin is a worst album than Hard Candy and it was following trends at it's time for example...
