  1. "The Bacterial Infection Tour" Blond Ambition Who?? (The butt looks photoshopped out of the photos to me, weird this person took a pic and not a video too...)
  2. Yes!!!! Mom is back dressing horribly and all !!! Bless her
  3. It won't matter if they deny rumors (they won't). People will say they're just doing it to cover the truth and keep on believing in what they want. Guy's post still stands and should be enough. We are not in the place to ask for any more details about her health just because people bought tickets to the tour and are feeling in the dark about it, that's a completely different issue. She will talk about when and if she wants.
  4. WTF is going on (nothing, just drama LOL) This is me after the last 5 pages: Being a Madonna fan is not for the faint-hearted.
  5. It's quite funny how he goes over and over defending himself to something Madonna probably said cheekily just to avoid his request to appear on the show. I Don't mind Andy Cohen, but I don't think Madonna is suitable for his kind of interviews at all. Glad she never went to his show.
  6. What's funnier (NOT!) is that what people think as results of a drug addiction is mostly just her being in her 60s now and people not accepting she will speak, dance, walk, move differently. She's not as quicker, well balanced as 15 years ago. It is wild that people think they know her daily life so well by 15 seconds of instagram stories, twice a week, that she chose to share. Imagine Madonna, a woman notoriously famous for being smart, being SO stupid to blurt out a drug addiction via instagram and get caught by fans.
  7. Those who keep saying "Well... I knew this would happen!!!" think they're soooo clever. People are quick to say she didn't take her body signs seriously and that it's all her fault that this happened. WTF??? Even if that was the case, do you really know? What's the point of blaming her just to say "I knew it!!!" I can very well imagine what these fuckers would be saying now if it was indeed "only" a fever and cold and we got like 3 shows cancelled. This woman cannot win with these losers. Ever.
  8. Madonna wouldn't cancel a tour even if she had to come back as a ghost to perform. After 40 years y'all still don't know the woman? Imagine how much is at stakes, how many contracts and people are involved. It is not just "Let's push the tour for next year". Dances, Staff, companies involved may have other commitments then. And that's leaving out the part of booking arenas and so on. I think what Guy said was enough for now. He made it clear that the tour won't happen as it was planned. He can't sort things from night to day by himself and they are probably waiting her to get better to sort things out.
  9. Social media just exposes what were always there when people didn't have an outlet to express it. We have to be alert and try to be above it otherwise we end up doing the same. I keep thinking about her children also, people choosing to focus on other things it's almost unbelievable. It's crazy how quick people are to dehumanize her when she's at her most human. I guess it is easier to process the fantasy that she's lying for this or that than to accept she's vulnerable....
  10. Am I the only one that can see Madonna going: "God, Rosie! Tell these fuckers I'm feeling good. They won't get rid of me!"
  11. I know people are nervous about the whole thing, we all are, but remember that it was a bacterial infection, it has nothing to do with pushing herself too hard for the tour, which btw we don't know a thing about. The tour could be a lot less demanding to her this time around, we simply don't know and it isn't fair to judge (wtf. of all times, now? really???) her in this situation.
  12. I just hope she gets better, that's all that matters. Madonna is this superwoman for us that it really is heavy when something like this happens and makes us remember that she's human after all. I think I going to stay a little off from social media because I can already see people being gross to her about this...
  13. I don't know, maybe there was an agreement with Babybface that both his songs would be singles and the inclusion on the compilation was to compensate it not being, or the inclusion of it was just because of the current sound. I don't buy the idea that it was going to be a single from the compilation, it makes much more sense that any plans of it being a single was aborted because warner/Madonna wantend to move on and release a new project. I don't think that the three non-singles on ST were necessarily included because they were potential singles, other than Something to Remember giving its title, LDLHA made more sense as a single being a new remix (and then remixed again for the single/video).
  14. As if she would ever perform American Pie, Love Profusion and Nothing Really Matters on tour. What would be next, a love confession for Causing a Commotion, Angel and Rescue Me? (feel free to prove me wrong, Mother).
  15. That's hard... No wonder they went with a mix of both (well, kinda) on the Celebration cover.
  16. Where did I say anything negative about Kylie? The mention of Stop Me from Falling horrible remix with Gente de Zona? Honey, that's not bringing somebody down, I just find the song mediocre. Then again, 90% of this forum thinks that everything Madonna did after 2005 is mediocre, sooo...
  17. Because they have to bring Madonna down to feel their faves are in a higher position. It is all the same with every pop gal since Cyndi Lauper.
  18. Kylie wishes! In the meantime stream Stop Me from Going Country feat. Gente de Zona.
  19. I wish she wouldn't go platinum blonde, it is too harsh. She's looking stunning, there's something about the fire in her eyes that was lacking and it seems to be back. Re-Invention is her best tour hair hands down to this day, even by the end of the show it looked great. I am hoping for something similar but expecting a lot of (bad) wigs.
  20. That was fun! It looks like some planning to "recorver" her public image to the GP is being done. Also, Tokischa have great chemistry with Madonna, which we can't say of all her collabs. Both Tokischa and Maluma, you like the music or not, feel very intimate, respecful and playful with Madonna.
  21. I think this one is going to be used as, or part of, an interlude on the tour.
  22. Because HC is the only R&Bish sounding record they know. (It does sound like something Pharrell/Neptunes would produce back then, though).
  23. Well, is it the next Vogue, Like a Prayer or Hung Up? NO. But does every track this woman gets involved or writes herself needs to be a perfect, iconic, 11 out of 10 pop song? NO. Maybe it is healthy (and fair) to just enjoy a nice soundtrack featuring song for its pleasantness rather than compare against a 40 years catalog full of highs. She already have more than a dozen of perfect pop singles, more than 5 perfect pop albums. Not every release has to be better than everything that came before and/or set a new career high.
  24. This is great. More of a statement vignette than a song, a confrontational piece which, given where Sam's career is now, makes total sense. Madonna being part of it is a no brainer and elevates the whole thing. (Now, shall we pray that "split your banana" makes into some trend on TikTok for them kids to share it).
