I just can’t see an album not known to the public being the first release in this series. I really enjoy the tracks that have already leaked, but first release material…., that means they are really selling this as a solid high quality “album.” Im curious. Then again. I still can’t picture it. It should be one of her classic albums. An album the public knows, one worth taking the deep dive to re-listen and re-evaluate. Not an unused demo disc with unfinished songs.

Yes and no. I missed it when Madonna.com was hacked. I tried downloading the album on limewire with no luck. The only way I was able to hear the album was by buying the cd lol. With Music, they combated the piracy by having the full album to play on MadonnaMusic.com (the original official site)

Warner had some big fuck ups during the 90s when it came to her single releases. This could have been another top 40 hit had they aligned the release of the maxi with its radio release. Tisk tisk.

The difference between putting MTV on and YouTube is that you have to go out of your way to watch a specific video selection on YouTube. Some people might discover videos via a playlist on YouTube, but think about the amount of videos out there, and the amount of playlists. The chances of someone experiencing Vogue for the first time like that is very slim. Compare us, the fans, who went out of their way to catch these video premieres, who own the VHS / DVDs, and search/download to watch these specific videos. It’s not the same for the general public. So for someone to say they’ve never seen Vogue before, I wouldn’t be surprised.
