rebelheartgermany got a reaction from neko011 in Madonna - Intimate Concert for Hillary
I really lover her but let's be honest guys, she's probably not doing anything special or new. Maybe she'll just sit there with Monte and sing songs like Don't Tell Me ("Don't tell her to stop..."), Holiday ("If we vote for Hillary, take some time to celebrate...") and Rebel Heart ("... deep down in her rebel heart").
OR she sings American Life, drops the mic after the rap part and leaves. We'll see...

rebelheartgermany got a reaction from leo in Worst Madonna songs
I love nearly ALL songs she recorded cause she is just a genius, but there are a few songs that I totally dislike. Let me know what songs you don't like / hate:
Jimmy Jimmy:
I mean... wtf
Love Makes the World Go Round:
It's okay but it's just not a masterpiece like the rest off True Blue.
Love Song:
It's too Prince-ish!
Did You Do It?:
Some rapper feat. Madonna? No thanks.
Nobody Knows Me:
I LOVE the live version (RIT) but the album version just kinda sucks and it doesn't fit to the AL album (musically!)
Future Lovers:
Was awesome live, but she sounds weird on the COADF album, sames goes for Let It Will Be!
B-Day Song:
The MDNA album itself wasn't a masterpiece, but this song is SO SO SO SO useless. Let's not talk about the lyrics...

rebelheartgermany got a reaction from mr00mister in Recreate the MDNA Tour Setlist
So, 2012 was the first time I ever saw Madonna live (I was 13 ) so I kind of have a "connection" to that tour, but for me, the setlist was awful. She ruined Hung Up, she sounded bad on I Don't Give A, I didn't like the GMAYL remix (the dance break was perfect tho!), I don't really like that Express Yourself / Born This Way mashup (it didn't make any sense in my opinion) and the Celebration Remix was a bad final song. So here's my recreation for the setlist, hope you like it
Act I
A "darker" theme just like the original first section of the tour, Madonna plays the role of the unapologetic bitch that she is (that's why Human Nature is the closing song of that section, it's her most unapologetic song!). The whole section is about violence and heartbreak etc., similar to the original section.
1. Intro: The Virgin Mary
2. Girl Gone Wild
3. Revolver
4. Gang Bang
5. Beautiful Killer / Die Another Day
6. Human Nature
Act II
The second section is all about slacklining (Madonna seemed very impressed by that), so there's an amazing remix of "Hung Up" that would fit perfectly for a slackline-interlude, and since the whole section is about that, Jump makes a good opener for that section.
7. Interlude: Hung Up (Remix - Slackline Interlude) [Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pj9qD0JBZs8 - it's no official remix but it's so cool, just imagine her dancers slacklining to that]
8. Jump
9. Into The Groove
10. Music
11. Give It 2 Me
Act III
Madonna changed her outfit quickly, in this (short) section she focuses on the ballads.
12. Take A Bow
13. Drowned World / Substitute For Love
14. Masterpiece
Act IV
The fourth section is very similar to the second section of the MDNA Tour. It's the "brightest" section of the tour.
15. Interlude: Falling Free
16. Superstar
17. Give Me All Your Luvin'
18. Lucky Star
19. Ray Of Light
20. I'm Addicted
Act V
The last section is themed like a fashion show (Like the "Vogue" performance, it was amazing!). When she finished Vogue, the screens crash and her dancers are crawling on the stage, other dancers dressed in camouflage outfits drive on stage in a car (that AL music video car) and Madonna starts to sind American Life. She ends the show by singing acapella: "Do I have to change my name? Will it get me far? ..." and then leaves.
21. Interlude: Justify My Love
22. Vogue
23. American Life
Act VI: Encore
Madonna drives on stage in a different car surrounded by her dancers.
24. Turn Up The Radio
25. Celebration

rebelheartgermany got a reaction from Stop abusing nicknames in Jimmy Fallon performance on June 9
She could perform American Life because of the upcoming presidential election and it's a very political song anyway.
She could perform a song from Rebel Heart and announce the Rebel Heart Tour live album.
OR she could perform a new song as a surprise, but that's nothing that Madonna would usually do. But who knows? She had recorded over 50 songs for Rebel Heart, there might be songs that didn't leak and they might have put it together for a new album. Or she'll pull a Beyoncé but that wouldn't happen
