Time does go by fast!! I'll admit... I didn't give into the leak at first. And I wish I hadn't. I mean I'm glad I did... ish. As an artist, a stage performer... I absolutely love the rehearsal process. I love to hear things when they first start out, and then the final product. My BIGGEST disappointment was the track Rebel Heart. I felt that she had really really gotten that one right. It was dance inspired, it had guitars and strings and a great beat. It was everything I had wanted/expected from a new Madonna song. And to be honest, I felt the release of Rebel Heart lacked that dance element. Living For Love felt WAY out of place, having dance beats to it. That is my opinion. I think a lot of you feel the same way. But also... as an artist, and a fan, I had to respect the changes she made. We don't see her music like she does. I don't think she sits there and asks people "is this okay, does it sound good?". It's HER, product. And i'm guilty BIG TIME of judgement, but I have to remember it's her product. Anyway, I dig the album

What about when it was released on Laserdisc... does that matter at all? I don't know but it's the tour name itself... does Pioneer own the rights?

wow that's fantastic!! I had seen a bunch on Etsy around that price. I've done a few drag numbers and remember thinking "This shit isn't as expensive as I thought!" I'm really craving to get the white one. So happy for you!

I agree with Fighter. And unless they're going to take the time to do a proper HD release from the original Truth or Dare tapes, OR remaster a broadcasted version... they should let it be. We aren't a loss.

I'm not falling for this one. However, it would be nice. I feel like I may have lost the hype for these tours being officially released. I hate to be that girl (or boy)... but we've been SO incredibly lucky with the power of the internet. We have BAT from multiple locations at the ready on Youtube. And some in fairly good quality. Like, I'm sure NOBODY can explain how they felt when the Reinvention Tour leaked. There is NO appreciation for older videos, and M's team has shown that thanks to the Celebration dvd release. Quality wise, there's no fucking point if it's gonna look like shit. I say, if you're going to release it, do it right. And they shit the bed with the re-release of those music videos. BIG TIME.
In closing, and I have a closing... IF they release any of the tours, I hope they take the time to seriously remaster it, and make it relevant since it is 2015... make it worth watching it on blu ray rather than youtube. There is no excuse since we KNOW they exist. xo

I just kind of shat myself. I'm gonna miss all of the Canadian dates because I'm stuck in a contract doing a musical until end October. BUT, am gonna be in UK visiting my sister Dec 1st!! For all of you in UK, what would be the best way for me to obtain a ticket for Dec 2 at O2? I'm in Canada so I'm clueless!

I could say the Re-Invention tour was incredible. It was my first time seeing Madonna live and up close... but I will ALWAYS hold a special place for Blond Ambition Tour. I was 5 when it was happening.... and obsessed. all the way, i'd have to say BAT.

Here's how I see it. We WILL, someday, get a dvd/blu ray of the show. It will be over-edited, and her vocals amped and edited to sound better. The dvd will NOT include any extras, but a lovely menu where we can skip to certain songs. I'd love to be hopeful, but it's reality. There's no question this filmed show(s) will be unreal. I can't wait!
