I always took it as a joke. She's denied entrance into Heaven because they lost her reservation. 

I've interpreted it as a way for her to try to get into heaven. The majority of Like a Prayer focuses upon her blaming others for her issues. In Dear Father, her parents (and lack of a mother) is to blame. Keep It Together pins the blame on others telling her to "keep it together" whilst her life is falling apart. Till Death Do Us Part blames both her and her husband. In Promise to Try, she recognises her responsibility in overcoming these issues. By the time we get to Act of Contrition, she's expecting that she'll make it to heaven by saying a quick prayer. But it doesn't appear to be enough, as she ends up shouting "WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S NOT IN THE COMPUTER?!" She expected that the prayer would be enough to get it into heaven. She blamed others for her issues but failed to recognise her own culpability. As such, she is rejected from heaven, no matter how much she claims that she "has a reservation" and thinks she deserves a place there. The irony is that in Act of Contrition, no such Act takes place.

I think it's just something that came up during the recording sessions. Everything was already there, they just had to flip the track, add some kickdrum and Madonna thought it'd be hilarious to recite a prayer over it to close the album. It's "like" a prayer,but not exactly.

And I would like a small loan of a million dollars ...

Not him again. There are TONS of fans that could definitely do much better. FFS, I could do better with my eyes closed (and you know that by saying this I am not asking for an opportunity for myself). We need someone with actual talent this time, not some amateurish crap. Because, by now, this is not a matter of skills (Aldo has had enough time to develop them and he certainly has them when it comes to photoshop), this is a matter of talent and taste (and he lacks both of them).
Please, Madonna, NOT HIM AGAIN.

I know SP wasn't feeling the flamenco bit, but i really like it. I prefer it to the piano only part from the classic 12" and demo TBH.

The single covers of the RH era are, undoubtedly, her WORST

Oh God! GHOSTTOWN cover was horrible and it took about 5 minutes to do it but... what about the LIVING FOR LOVE cover?? That wass less than amateur...

MDNA DVD has the worst speach in history? Everyone taken their MDMA? Wtf! Not funny. About LDLHA, I am sure she can afford it, it us different for DVD than life btoadcast I believe

funny how every release tries to top The Confessions Tour unsuccessfully lmao (but in my opinion, Drowned World Tour 2001 is one of her best live films)

WTF? That is the tracklist of the IEM Audio from the Rebel Heart Tour in Tokyo not for the official DVD

What elements got lost? I remember there were things that weren't shown on MDNA and S&S and thought it was a pitty... I really wish the people who direct her show releases would do it as a labour of love and study the show carefully each night and think of the best shots and the key moments they need to include and how to do them, that's kinda what Akerlund did.
