The first year is the hardest. I lost my Mom 4 years ago (5 in January). The worst day of my life. The worst year of my life. Just keep moving -- the pain never goes away, but it lessens, it changes -- you learn to cope with the loss, but I don't think the void ever goes away.
I feel your pain. I wouldn't wish it on anyone in the world ever.
