Yes indeed. This was written and produced by Reggie Lucas who was later assigned to produce Lucky Star for Madonna. Now i'm really interested to find what other songs he has worked on in the past that helped shaped Madonna's final mix of Burning up and Borderline.

Yep you're right... its actually "borderline". I probably got swooned with those twinkle notes, i stuck with Lucky Star. lol
