Pretty good setlist overall but no Deeper & Deeper, Take a Bow or Beautiful Stranger. Why does she hate those songs

I don't think she hates them, D&D has been performed in past tours, Beautiful Stranger was even sung in 2016 and I think she never found an opportunity to include Take a Bow in something until RHT, it's a pitty the song wasn't part of the official setlist

I cried a lot watching NRM. Last night, she took me back to being 16 and listening to ROL non-stop. I can't imagine how I'm gonna react seeing it live.

Btw, isn't her entrance look based on the looks she wore for certain live presentations, like Sanremo, the National Lottery or the Telecinco special?

I hadn't connected the look to those performances, but now that you mentioned, I guess so, she usually doesn't wear these things

  4. Ordered mine from iMusic and it's coming from Germany. I'm haven't been this excited for an item in quite some time, and I'm not even very fond of MX, but I think it's because I found the cover beautiful plus it includes Sodade which is in my opinion the best thing that happened during this era

That is my thought or it might be mixed with her performing the full song.  I guess we'll have to see.  But like you said, it's possible that song will be just left to an interlude this time around.  I can see ROL being performed on this tour over Frozen.

Well, in fact, I hope we don't get this 'Frozen' remix anyway; I dislike that distorted devil voice, the same goes for Sorry. Regarding Ray of Light, I can also see it being performed this time, although it's a very demanding song vocally. So, it would probably be another guitar performance. I would prefer another ROL track, something like Nothing Really Matters, which has never been on a tour, or a non-single. That would please me even more (but here, I'm indulging in wishful thinking).

This time, Erick (yes I'm a longtime friend of yours but since I dropped socials we lost any contact till now), there's no Tribe, no Rama, no NOM, they seem to respect M's decision to keep it all sealed as for now. I still think how funny was the way Tribe found to reveal the setlist for both MDNAT and MXT (given for S&ST they were much more explicit and detailed): placing several CDs together as if they were in a shelf, with every CD placed in a particular order just to confirm the rumours about the setlist by then they were spread by other fansites or M herself (each CD displayed had in their tracklist the song which was meant to be performed; I remember vividly for MDNAT they even did choose Japanese version of COADF to confirm Hung Up was being actually performed between PDP and IDGAF, as Rama stated previously!). But I guess the new Tribe with paywall and all won't risk their relationship to M and her team by telling something so secretive again...

OMG, now I'm curious to know who you are since I don't recognize your username. I've also taken some distance from my socials

Yes, during the MXT rehearsals from the start, Madonna was dropping spoiler after spoiler.  This time, she's kept pretty tight lipped about everything.  Of course, she's given us a few hints from possible costumes and such, but we still know very little about anything still. I think come October, the next couple of weeks, Madonna is going to unleash a lot of stuff on. us, from more merchandise and possible teasers.  And if there is a new song being dropped, that will be another welcoming pleasant treat!

I would be happy if she included Back That Up as long as it isn't the sped up version, I was always fond of that song since RH days. I also hope these new remixes aren't present especially that dreadful Hung Up one.

So amazed we really know nothing about the content of this tour.   What's crazy is that what we've heard that could be part of the setlist could have easily been scrapped.  :Madonna001:

Traditionally, by now, we would know something, wouldn't we? At least, that's how I remember it from past tours.

To a certain extent, I'm glad about it. Last time she teased us with that Rescue Me rehearsal, and in the end, we got what we got. So, it's better not to have too many expectations regarding the setlist.

But I do hope she includes at least two unexpected songs, something like Love Profusion, Bad Girl, or Nothing Really Matters.

  9. I have just realized I  don't know how to answer this question but I think it's True Blue, although my favorite has always been Erotica. Although, again, during recent times I have listened more to Hard Candy. There was a time I really used to listen to most of my CDs but nowadays due to lack of time I don't do it anymore very often, which is something I really miss. I don't go for streaming so I listen to the music I have downloaded on my computer randomly.

I can say for sure that MX and MDNA are the ones I listen to the least.

  10. The only one I can listen to is Immaculatebecause the sound is more consistent. I don't like GHV2 because of the edits; I'm not used to them, and since I usually sing along, I make lots of mistakes, especially in Human Nature  As for Celebration, I don't feel comfortable transitioning from Vogue to 4 Minutes to Holiday. If the singles were organized chronologically, I would probably listen to it more often, but I love the tracks Celebration and Revolver.

STR is the same as Celebration to me; I love all the tracks, but I can't listen to the album because of the sequencing.

I might listen to YCD sometimes because I love Spotlight, which, by the way, has always been one of my dreams to see performed live.

Imagine if she had sang it between 2008-2012 🤣

🤣🤣 well, I like her vocals in 2012, I just think she sounded a bit tired, which for some reason pleases my ears, and I don't know why but whenever I sing to her songs, I realized I make myself sound tired as she does 🤣

Anyways, I must confess I prefer her out of tune vocals of 2008 then the excess of playback or live autotune she has used since RHT. I'm very thankful for the fact this autotune effect was reduced on the editing of Madame X Tour because when you listen to the audience recordings, it's like almost 100% of the show sung with that. Nowadays I have the impression she only sings well when she is sitting down, especially if it's someone else's song. I understand the age limitations but I think she also never cared much about it
