I’m in the same boat. I pre-booked air and hotel (just in case), but the idea of being alone in a crowd of over a million is a little bit daunting. 
But I can’t shake the feeling that this is going to be so epic and historic that I’ll regret it if I don’t go. 

because being free, the attendance is limitless and everyone is invited, it will be one of the biggest shows in pop history

OMG could you imagine if she made a million people (+ streaming) wait until 11PM that would be so Madonna. 

I believe they will make it work. There are plenty of acts who have been suspended in air at open air venues.  I don't see this being an issue.  I'm sure they already thought about this to be sure everything is extra secure.
I don't believe this will be an issue.  Madonna will most likely negotiate a precise time to start the show whether it's 10 pm or 11 pm.  It will be just as important to her to make sure everything goes as planned.

The execution of the duet with David and the folk acoustic version of Express Yourself has grown so much during the tour that are among my favourite moments of the show now. Especially this version of EY is so light and cool and celebratory, offering the joyful side of the track that was less focused n the iconic remix and is the core of the album (and the Girlie Show) version
