I'm So Stupid is a guilty pleasure for me though! It was one of the first songs I bought from American Life and I loved the sound it has. And shout out to Die Another Day, could listen to it all day like a lot of her songs. Just wanted to say something positive about these two since they were almost nonexistent in the poll.

I chose American Life. The video was great (the edge and look) and the rap is probably ear bleeding to many and #10 on Mojos top worst raps but I love it! It's so ironic and in your face about the American Dream! However the rest of the album is amazing aswell, Hollywood and Nothing Fails falling just behind American Life. The only song that I skip is usually Intervention. I do love X-Static Process's message about trying not to lose yourself in the shadow of someone you love or idolize.

It's not my favorite on the album by far but boy does it stuck in your head easily! And it did land in the top 100 where the prior two more serious and matured songs did not. Madonna makes art but she also keeps up with the times (tries to at the very least). Plus, the song was tailored for release like Give Me All Your Luvin' was. The three singles she chose were perfect (had no leaks been involved). I would have rushed Ghosttown out when the leaks occurred. Then a fully finished Living for Love on Valentine's, then BIM where Ghosttown had originally been released. I would have released 1 more single upon Rebel Heart Tours start (Unapolgetic B anyone?). The video could have mirrored the last segment of the tour. Then close to the Rebel Heart Tours Dvd or TV release I a music video simile to Miles Away for the song Rebel Heart!

Erotica and Bedtime Stories and American Life are where I find the repetitive sounds that, in my opinion, make parts of the album seem like filler. There are songs on all three that I couldn't differentiate from the other. For example, Hold Tight and Inside Out are like reductive counterparts. Unless you've listened enough, you'd find synonymous of eachother (Love Hold Tight btw). I love American Life fully and love the selected singles from the other two albums, but there are a lot of blind spots in all three in which I can't quite remember the songs or lyrics. MDNA and Hard Candy approach this feeling but to me the songs differ just enough. An album ought to have a certain sound or production, but that sound or production should also be varied and experimented with.

She should have appeared in That's 70 Show during the Confessions era. There's so many missed opportunities. Glee would have been great. To show up and sang It's So Cool, make that a single and I think it would have done well.

Lol, on April 1, Madonna pulled the American Life music video.

Human Nature by far. Human Nature had that edge that I felt was missing in much of the album. Much of the album is smoother and dreamy. But Human Nature is so heavy!!!

Omg this drove me crazy!!! I cannot think of another song (excluding Land of the Free). "Nor far off land, no fire I can spark" came to mind but I could not think of the song. I kept thinking I'm a Sinner or something from Rebel Heart but obviously it's not from either. Drowned World/ No Substitue for Love?

I would even be keen on making another album that was mixed like Confessions. To be honest I'm not really into anything thats on the radio this year. So maybe she can just stay away from mainstream. Rebel Heart's conception was organic but was almost pretty much how she described Hard Candy, a juxtaposition of two opposites. The Rebel was generally out done by the Heart unfortunately. I'd like to see some rock and industrial sounds, give some darkness to it. Maybe its time for the Black Madonna?

Brilliant! In this light, Like A Prayer has more substance.

Just release a set with every single release ever. 4 or 5 discs. I know I'd be in heaven. No matter how successful the single release was. Now that is a definitive collection

Also maybe a compilation of all her Spanish influenced songs and then one focused around time, as that is a subject is woven throughout her career. The idea of out doing time or constantly remembering its presence.

I will say Get Together just purely because of how often it shows up in playlists or remixes I listen to. But I love Runaway Lover a lot too, one of the finer songs on Music.

I mean it would make sense. Nothing, except maybe Bedtime Stories (song) would have fit what she was going for.
