So, some of you are probably wondering  what i've been up to because i haven't updated 'INNER PULSE'

i promise i will update it next week with more things. This week i've been going through some rough situations that even i need to try these techniques myself. 

I will look for some info & news and dig deeper into anger management & ways we can cope with it.
