It's ok to not relate to her anymore. I probably wouldn't make the same decisions she's made here and there, but I'll still defend her right to make her own choices.
I've felt the same way but honestly while I dislike some things she's done, I love a lot of other things she's done. And that makes me realise that she's just human, and yes it's hard to look up to someone who is just human.

I can understand not liking her anymore, but to be fine with everything she’s done but all of a sudden turn against her because she’s had plastic surgery seems extreme when a lot of her appeal has been based of her being glamorous and artifice with outrageous fashion, makeup and hair color. Did you really expect her to age naturally? Suppose she had gained weight and let her hair grow gray and didn’t wear makeup anymore? How would you feel then?
I can understand not admiring her but just because of plastic surgery? That cancels out all the good she has done for women and the LGBT community and self expression? Or are there other things you don’t like she has done or said?
If you really think she has body dysmorphia isn’t that a psychological problem? Do you lose respect for people with mental illnesses?
I just find it Interesting how easily people turn on her and forget all the joy she has brought people over the years. I have read how loyal some fans are to their favorite artists on other forums even ones that have been to jail for drug addiction or violent crimes.  Why doesn’t Madonna get that same kind of loyalty? Why isn’t she allowed to make mistakes?

I mean It's her body and all that etc and I've been accused of being armchair pysciatrist on here before but.... the level of work Madonna is having isn't maintenance it's bordering on Jackson levels of alterations. I've defiantly thought in recent years there may be some body dysmorphia in there somewhere. The pictures of her in the bathtub are frankly verging on scary. The killer for me is she has had all this work done and the results actually make her look older than a 60 yr old.
I love this woman to the death and have no issues with any choices or statements she's ever made. Her mistakes make her human like all of us. Through all the controversies over the years, everything has sat well enough with me. Her surgeries are one thing I know i'll never quite come to terms with. It broke the spell for me and now I'm more of a loyal observer than a fanatic of the current incarnation of her. The artist part, I will check for, but I don't have the affection for the woman I feel I once knew..and that's on me. None of her concern. I just know that I'm not alone in those feelings. I don't take huge issue with people hating her because as a fan base were used to the criticism, I can't bear the thought of people laughing at her. That stings but ...she's increasingly harder to defend. I dunno.

So start to focus on your things and maybe u will stop feeling sad for her. I'm not saying this on a bad way, but she's human, proably if she had instagram from 1982 till 2010, she would have a lot of other mistakes. It's anything related to age, craziness or things like that, she had a good management back then and any social app...
She had a mistake, she removed it 30 min later when she realised. That's it.

Here are some different ideas I came up that she could go with:
an album of straight up dance bangers like Confessions or like the stuff Melanie C.  of the Spice Girls is releasing
80s synth pop - the Human League meets Blondie with a dash of Siouxsie and the Banshees
Continue down the world global music path with Latin, African and even some Southeast Asian rhythms mixed with some modern electronic sounds. Madonna around the world
downtempo alternative R&B using Crave or Bedtime Stories as a jumping off point or like the stuff Banks has recorded. She could work with Shura on this.

A Beatles like 60s psychedelic pop album like Beautiful Stranger, maybe with some girl group vibes or Lana del Rey like ballads.

an introspective acoustic indie folk rock album using American Life as a jumping off point. Sort of like Taylor Swift’s Folklore but better. She could work with Joe Henry on this.

Yes, in conjunction with zinc and azithromycin, if it was offered to me as a treatment and I was in a severe state of illness...I would have no choice but to trust the medical practitioner in charge of the protocol to follow...Not because the homophobic Nigerian doctor Stella Immanuel, Madonna or Donald Trump recommended it, but because I would want to give myself every chance to recover. My father contracted malaria thirty years ago and has taken this medication, and so I am aware of its effects. It isn't an easy drug to take, but then again, malaria isn't a fun illness, and it is recurrent. Again, I am not a medical professional, nor do I pretend to have any insight beyond anyone else in matters of covid-19 and its pathology. However, as there are no alternative treatments, I would want to give myself every opportunity at survival and eventual recovery. If that makes me naive or insane, I am fine with that.

    They delete if there’s nudity.
They censor if it contains false information or news coverage of violent/disturbing content.
Censoring doesn’t mean the post gets deleted. It’s still available to see

Just because a post gets censored, doesn’t mean it gets deleted. It’s up to Madonna or whoever is in charge of the account to delete. She archived the post the first time, which is why it disappeared from her timeline, then made the post public again. Then it was deleted.

I really like Madame X. I know she doesn’t want to repeat herself but she could expand on the global sounds with more Latin and African sounds mixed with modern electronics.
She hedged her bets a bit on Madame X but putting on some straight up pop and dance songs. What if she went full on with the world and global sounds?

She never did rock, unless you mean before she became famous but her 80s  hit music wasn’t rock.

Crave from Madame X gives me a Bedtime Stories vibe, but with a modern twist. She could expand on that.

When people say an 80’s sound what do they mean exactly? There were a lot of different types of music successful in the 80’s, but generally when I hear the words 80s music I think of synth pop like Human League, Howard Jones, Flock of Seagulls etc.  Madonna never had much in common with that kind of music, so I can’t see her pulling that off.  I think doing an 80s sound would be way too predictable since she was so successful in the 80’s. To me doing a nostalgic sound doesn’t work if you were old enough to do it the first time.
She probably would never do it, but I have always wanted her to do a Beatles like 60s psychedelic pop sound, sort of like Beautiful Stranger or maybe I’m a Sinner.

I feel like it’s time for the third in the
    “Like A” Trilogy album title.
The last two albums have been rebuilding albums after Hard Candy and MDNA low points.
The twist here is that Like A Prayer was about her past. I’d like the next one to be about her thoughts on the future. Almost a concept album with The Future as a theme.
Her hopes for her children, her legacy, her country, her thoughts on surviving her parents, commentary on her relationships. The disconnect of human touch and AI. The shift from capitalism to socialism and the battle of that. Globalisation.
Sonically i’d like another world built out of sound a bit like Ray Of Light and Confessions did.
Some of this is a build on Madame X where instruments from around the world are used. A complete melting of cultures where appropriation is placed as a thing left to history in a sort of Mad Max way but not as dystopian.
Good mix of bangers and ballads.
Death to the vocoder. That’s enough now it’s just .... boring more than anything. I respect her love for it but it’s just passé at this point. If it must be used use it as a god replacement. A play on “what do you mean it’s not in the computer” . In the future the computer is God so maybe use the interludes as the digital voice of god and Madonna craves the human voice in the actual songs.

Again, I can appreciate your wishful thoughts here, but bringing those people together will not promise another big hit from her. And people have been holding on this idea of her "pulling a Cher" forever now.  It's not going to happen. In fact, "Believe" did not become an instant hit when it was first released.  Eventually, it did, but it simply was one of those flukes in music history.  You can't force that to happen.  Expecting Madonna to repeat some formula (which she never does) or someone else success, is going to set you up with a lot of disappointments.
By the way, Shep hasn't produce any music since the late 90's.  He's a Nightclub owner.

Minority opinion, but I miss those posts. I like those because they showed her eccentric offbeat personality. Social media is so judgmental that everyone is scared to show any personality. I hope she wasn’t bullied not to post anything interesting or humorous anymore based on the comments.  I agree with the Black Lives Matters stuff, but for me it’s a bit repetitive and impersonal.
