It was the last LA show and she ended up canceling the next city , Boston, because of her hip and knee pain but she was on fire.
During the interlude where she's getting dressed behind the vanity onstage, she recited her usual joke, "What do you call a guy with a small penis?" but before she said the punchline, a guy near us yelled out "Guy Ritchie!" which made the crowd roar. Madonna laughed and said, "Actually, he's got a big dick but that doesn't make him a nice person." 
I don't know if it was shtick but the Polaroid camera she originally had was jammed so she did a sing a long for "Fever" while she waited for another camera, which I think she actually posted later.

Wow, like an american life kind of thing, yes I´m all ready, after smashing it all again as blonde on her mega succesful Celebration tour, I´m in love with this latest Madonna again. And she´s super in shape again.

I don't know, a lot of that Vetements and Balenciaga stuff just looks super heavy, it just consumes her.

When Rain ends and she's getting taken by the grim reaper and the LAV / MJ Tribute starts, that segment is about 4 minutes long. The 4 minutes could also stand for the 4 days she was in a coma and that she was about to join him in Heaven.

The transition from Human Nature to Crazy for You to me was about her transition musically from RnB to ballads era of Something to Remember. It was a way for her to calm herself down and sooth herself.

Didn't notice this until the Rio broadcast, even though it's been there all along - when Tokischa calls M before Hung Up, the ringtone is La Isla Bonita

I love how she gets "In Bed with Madonna".  Very subtle.  This is also immediately before Justify My Love which is actually what happened.
