I did 7 shows in 9 nights including TOAC - was insane 

That's so cool! We were on the side somewhere only 4 people away from the stage - was a good night! I was exhausted though - I did Melbourne the week before and they Sydney night, the night before the final - and was lucky enough to also do ToC - lol 

That was a looong night 😂 - but also my fave show because I was at the heart and she reached down and grabbed my hand. Best night of my life lol

My favorite concert of hers of all time has to be THE CONFESSIONS TOUR.  Killer album, Killer set list, Killer staging.  Just everything.  Plus, she did songs at the time that I had thought I’d missed out on ever seeing live.  LIVE TO TELL.  LUCKY STAR.  LIKE A VIRGIN. EROTICA.  It was a fantastic mix of old and new and Madonna was absolutely at the top of her game here.
Every show has been outstanding.  
And I’ve seen every tour since DROWNED WORLD. 
But CONFESSIONS simply WAS perfection.  100%. There was nothing I’d have swapped out.  Or altered. It was just… PERFECT.  And so full of surprises. 

Flawless concert.
Epic setlist. 
Well utilised band. 
Excellent completely live vocals
Gorgeous outfits. 
Visually beautiful 

In honor of the celebration tour I had my butt waxed, danced cheek to cheek to the sound of Tokisha’s hung up remix and had butt sex with a beautiful stranger while popular and vulgar played on loop all night long.

I love my vinyls. I am always listening to music, while at my desk, on the phone. I have  a external drive just for music, that's why I don't care for CDs, then on the go I can make playlist for my phone or stream it.
But I'm listening to my vinyls when I'm away from my desk, when I'm not working. When I made some food, when I sit down to read, when I have friends over , while playing board games. I like the ritual, taking them out, give them a clean, flip them. Listening to a whole album in one go. Considering how everything is becoming more automated and easily available. Feeling more aware of doing things for pleasure it's rewarding.

So looks like my Texas dates will now be towards the back end of the tour...so now the question is, do I change plans and take up a friend's offer of their spare tickets for London and travel there from Oz instead  
It's a long way to go!

Selfishly, I'm quite disappointed in the entire North American leg being postponed. I'm off from teaching during the summer and I had my first ever Madonna VIP package secured for night 1 at Madison Square Garden on August 23rd. I was so excited to end my summer fulfilling my biggest Madonna dream besides meeting her - getting to be in the Pit! Living my VIP pit fantasy seeing the queen of pop without any stress of having work that day or the day after sounded like a paradisiac night. And it was still early enough on the tour where I felt pretty safe from any injurious mishaps occurring involving a knee or hip. 
Even when it gets rescheduled, it simply won't be the same having to worry about taking off from work. Not to mention my lingering fear that she could get injured again by that point, so late in the tour, and I could end up with a cancelled or subpar performance like I heard about the tail end of the Madame X Tour. I hope my fears turn out to be for naught.
P.S. I don't need anyone yelling at me for posting a selfish thought. I'm allowed to care about my experience. Just let me get away with this and keep scrolling if you feel like replying something negative, please.
