I think she should have trusted Orbit to produce the whole thing. "Some Girls," "Falling Free," "Love Spent," "I'm a Sinner," and "Masterpiece" are the best songs on the album. Stuff like "Girl Gone Wild," "Superstar," and "Turn Up the Radio" are some of the most banal, boring, middle-of-the-road songs she's ever been a part of.

Masterpiece (buzz single)
1. Girl Gone Wild (performed at the SuperBowl right before Like a Prayer)
2. I'm Addicted
3. Beautiful Killer / Gang Bang (dual single with a two-part video directed by Quentin Tarantino)
4. Falling Free (send the Ferry Corsten Remix to radio stations)
Love Spent is cute but the production is straight up tragic. The acoustic version is much better but her vocals have been butchered.
Album tracklist:

If I had a catalogue of unreleased songs from that era to choose from, I'd replace them right away. This album should have been darker, more electronic...just like the tour.

I'm Addicted, Girl Gone Wild, Love Spent, Some Girls and Falling Free.
It are the only MDNA songs I like, but they don't hold a candle to all the singles lifted from earlier albums. But that's just my opinion.
For me the album itself feels like the one dissonace in her entire discography. I wish she had focused more on working with Orbit and Klas Ahlund instead of Martin Solveig. In my opinion the songs produced by Solveig are below par.
I'm A Sinner could have been absolutely smashing if it hadn't been for Madonna naming the saints and their virtues. It feels as if the song is put on a break while it should have just gone on being the beast that it was before the break. But again, that's just my opinion... 

In terms of singles, 
- Promo/Buzz single: Masterpiece (November 2011, create a bit of hype, promote W.E., capitalize on the Golden Globe win)
-1st single: I'm Addicted (fits with the whole MDNA/drug and electro thing)
-2nd single: Girl Gone Wild
-3rd single: Falling Free 
-4th single: Gang Bang (Radio obviously wouldn't play it, but it could have been a "club only single" with loads of good remixes)

I think more or less like Frank.
"Give me all your luvin" as a superbowl single and add it in the album as bonus track on the second disc.
About the rest of the singles I'd would say "Gang Bang", "I'm addicted", "Beautiful killer" and for the last one a ballad.

I wish falling free and love spent would of been made a single's and maybe if she had done video's for those.

I pick CD 2.

I always thought the noise at the beginning of Ghosttown was intentional, because it's too evident, even for a non-expert. Really unprofessional also for an amateur recording! Sounds like an old cassette tape! I akways wondered if it was intended as a symbol, like a leftover after the apocalypse...

So I’m a bit obsessed with this remix lately, included on the “Justify My Love” single. I think of it as “Shep’s Fun with Stems” remix. The more I listen to this epic version, the more questions I have:
1. What’s the story of this mix? Why such a crazy mix of it in 1990? Did they think Justify would sell better with a dancey throwback remix included?
2. What male vocalist is doing the “baby on your own” part? 
3. Kind of an addendum to my first question, but maybe more technical. Were they using computers by this time to edit, or was this all still analog tape? I can’t imagine any PC in 89/90 being able to resist bursting into flames under the pressure this track would present, which I can only imagine was assembled in some sort of caffeine/cocaine-fueled all-nighter.
Anyway, what other Express Yourself mixes do you love? I love the ones on the Like a Prayer single as well, but this one for sure takes the crown in my book.
 

Before anything I’m so proud of MADONNA & her achievements in Malawi, every time I see her pictures in the hospital I remember that we her “FANS” are part of it!! Can you believe it??

Let’s go back to the topic... in the past few years to be exact 2015 up to now M has been changed & no I’m not talking about the way she look or something I’m talking about her personality, the way she act, her moves, her interests, her energy, her passion... the fierceness she had... the strong, powerful & FIT MADONNA... I’m just afraid of her future as a performer/singer... I’m a huge fan since 2001 & to see her like this makes me sad... she’s just 59?!?! I didn’t imagine that one day I’ll see her like this... careless & lazy in both her “shape & creation”...

Guys this topic/discussion is just my thoughts/questions in my mind, sharing it with you to know what you think?? Maybe I’m acting extra or something... maybe I’m wrong? Maybe I’m right? Wanna know your opinions... it’s ok to disagree.

i don't think i can predict what her next album will be like so no... altho image-wise she's not as surprising. Since she reached middle age she began to look back a lot more, which some of her fans love and some of her fans not so much. Some wish she was still the re-invention queen who always showed a new image, others love all the throwbacks and nostalgia. I'm fine as long as she makes good music. 

Saw it three times in London.
Favourite moments:
- when she appeared from under the stage after the "I'm coming soon" verse
- the reinvention of Deeper and Deeper (I would have loved if they had reinvented more songs like this)
- the inclusion of Evita in the setlist (the instrumental of DCFMA in DWT does not really count)
- the dedication of Crazy for you to the fans made my cry so much
 
I am not a fan of Hollywood and didn't really like the interlude remix.
Hated the Holiday rendition, the worst of all tours. No crowd involvement, very very cold and distant. No competition with WTGT and BAT.

Oh gosh I forgot about Lament, spine tingling! Up to this day I have not actually seen the leaked footage though. The Bedtime Story interlude was incredible as well. Loved the bagpipe section too.
