Honestly though... shit happens. Yes it was a mistake, unforgivable? That is a bit extreme. Of course paying attention is important but everybody makes mistakes. Choreography can get sometimes confusing when it is so repetitive and you’re “in a groove”. Mistakes can happen, I know from experience. I broke my thumb on stage because I was just careless in a performance. So, people make mistakes. I bet whoever grabbed the chair feels terrible, but ultimately I hope M is okay.

The box office is inside the theatre, on the right at the main entrance, but they are not selling Madonna tickets. They are only available through Ticketmaster, on behalf of Live Nation. They don't know anything about the show.

Which website are you referring to?
Yeah I’ve been checking Ticketmaster on the day and they haven’t reduced any of the prices. I always hear about this dynamic pricing and unsold seats going for cheap close to the time, but I’ve never seen it myself.

I can imagine Vogue working better as the opener. The typewriter intro kinda goes on too long and no one was really gagging for it. God Control, Dark Ballet and Human Nature are all strong performances (especially the latter) but it would work better as act two of the show. The spy element of Vogue/I Don’t Search makes for a more powerful opening.
I also felt less atmosphere up in the dress circle for Lisbon. The good thing about everyone sitting down was that we we could see perfectly from the back row and were up dancing the whole time without having to worry about blocking anyones view.

Show started no later than 8:55 I think. Today we got the classical show with beer bitch and no surprises. The chat with Graham Norton imo was not that funny, Ricardo filmed it. It was nice for me at least one beer bitch talk though and see from high how it works.
Polaroid went for just 1k pounds to a Brazilian fan, whom she knew, although she said the picture sucked. I have to admit it was a funny moment, he said he distillates gin, so she replied "so you are the reason why English are drunk".
Someone on row A asked her to sign something, and she repkued "Madame x signs no shit".
I was sitting in the royal circle tonight, interesting experience. People sat all the time, except for LAP. Two boys in front of me had the Pride tshirt but didn't even stand for I rise! The woman next to me almist never applauded, never cheered, only applauded after Fado Pechincha and Crazy.
Also in the dress circle, although you feel no fan excitement, you have a great view of the structure of the show, lighting, videos etc,  and the sound is much better. Those who are seeing multiple shows should experience that. She skipped one line during LAP and there was no backing track. Backing track was evident on Killers verse, with two Madonna voices. She also got the lyrics wrong in Batuka. I heard much breathing on Medellin verse, it was live.
You will hate me, but for those who are losing the furst three songs, in a way I found the Vogue opening more powerful. Today I saw Dark Ballet for the first time and I was not impressed. But Human Nature, it's really one of the highlights. Jessica Pina has an incredible stage presence.
In the royal circle, with many non fans, you realize differently what works. For instance the fado section is good and pleases everyone. Come alive is also a strong moment: I used to like the song since first listen, then I started to skip it, now I like it again. But when Future starts, the energy level decreases, it's so out of place. With LAP, like it or not, she wins everyone. But when I rise starts, once again the energy level goes down. Bad bad choice for the ending. A man in front of me said: "I want to hear Hung up". Poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the setlist of Madonna.

Do we know of any Iconers that have actually won the Madonna.com daily contest to win tickets? I feel like I’m just wasting my time everyday by sending in a pic...

So a few more thoughts about Wednesday’s show.   
The warm up band which are part of the main show band are incredible, definitely worth seeing.  I’d love her to work with them after the tour for a few shows of her back catalogue performed just with those four musicians 
For anyone going to future London shows, you’ll need to be in your seat for 8.00 to catch them.  We got to the venue around 7.20 and were in our seats before 8.00 which includes time spent queuing for merchandise and a pre-show pee.  
The show is incredible, I loved how imaginative it was and the way different moods were created just with lighting, projections and moveable staircases    The way the projections incorporated the walls and ceiling of the theatre and not just the stage was really impressive  
The audience and atmosphere were top notch, it seems the people moaning about the late start are mostly people who weren’t there.
i can’t wait for next Wednesday which will be my second show, provided M doesn’t cancel.

What an awesome show, after two cancelled shows it was third time lucky.  The performance of I Rise with the house lights on was amazing 

Full show but no Crave. Crave should return as an acoustic number, it’s the best song she’s done in years, JUSTISSSS 4 CWAVE!
On the official press photo she looks breathtakingly beautiful. 

sonehow the setlist works and it doesn't at the same time. I guess it's the 3 act structure with 6-8 songs instead of 4 acts with around 4-5 songs.

Human Nature is one of the best parts in person, so no. The only issue is the abrupt transition from Dark Ballet into it. 
 
Which brings me to the main issue — Song transitions. Her old tours had a bit of a mega mix feel to them with the set list, and this one is completely missing that instrumental coherence, even if the song themes don’t go together.
 
I’ve mentioned before that the biggest issue with the set list is the ordering of songs and the terrible production on some of them. The framework is there for a great set. But Crave into Like a Prayer for instance? What...?
 
In addition to completely reordering the set list (Dark Ballet really should have been the opener...God Control later in the set...I Don’t Search I Find as closer...), the concert would really benefit from a few song choice changes (nothing too major):
* Express Yourself / Papa Don’t Preach / La Isla Bonita in full and not a cappella
* Rescue Me Interlude into a full performance of Rescue Me
* Justify My Love in the spy section (imagine how theatrical this could be with the detectives?!)
* Removal of Crazy / Portuguese songs - Complete filler (sorry Sodade fans)
* Bedtime Story to close out show before encore of IDSIF — It totally goes with the words theme throughout the show 
* SOMETHING. ANYTHING. From Confessions. Why does this woman hate this album?!
 
And dear god, better choreography in some of the songs (I’m looking at you, Crave remix turned Cher concert).

On the upside, maybe she’ll start adding songs back into the set list and open with Crave at 10:50 PM
