Ok i am second day in London in travelled from Poland. I am going on concert toomorow and im so excited. Today i was in front of Madonna’s house and i saw her ! She was Rly short and wearning black hat, she walked from room witch had curtains closed to anither room. Then after few moments maid came and closed before myself another window ? guite awkward and funny i gues Madonna didnt wanted us ? 

So last night was an amazing, amazing experience. After seeing M arrive (video too large to post right now) ...back to the hotel down the round for a quick change. Back at the venue, there was a great atmosphere. A few guys were dressed as MDNA-era popes and they ended up sitting in Row A next to the steps. Phone lock up went smoothly and I was taken aback by how quiet the merch desk was - until when I was at the bar I noticed that there was a very orderly, grown up and very quiet que snaking around the room ? That tour book could wait til later!
The room was filling up nicely at around 7.40. I could not believe my seats. Stalls Row D 23-24. I had seen pictures of the venue and seats online but they distort the reality. I was soooo close. I was sat at the foot of the steps in centre aisle (but one) on right hand side. The online plan showed that there were two seats between me and aisle... did MX show remove a column all the way back or just the front? A lovely lady from Nottingham was sat on the aisle seat. She’d been to BAT London and several of the other tours, she really didn’t like all the guns in MDNA and didn’t bother with RHt as it was a weeknight with travel. She said she doesn’t really like MX album. I asked her if she had seen the set list ? She had and was reeeally looking forward to LAP. Chatty security guard came over for a chat and I genuinely thought one of us was about to be crowned beer bitch ? No chance - just a friendly chat with added instruction of how great our seats are and we must keep space in front and aisle free. He said on one night M didn’t go down our aisle as someone was blocking it with a bag (not true I thought...?) No beer bitch seat in sight on my side (the usual side?) Maybe it had been canned permanently, I thought. Nope - and this was the bane of my night lol. 
The warm up band was nice and got the crowd going. I just kept thinking how it’s a shame that so many people seem to want LAV, Bonita etc, but have no chance. M must hear how lively the crowd gets from back stage with these songs and think “enjoy it whilst you can, bitches’ ? I was anxious that we were about to get the censored show, but I had started to accept that fate and expect the worst... then her voice... that voice... lights down. So exciting. TBC... ?

Tomorrow storm Ciara, the worst of the last 7 years, is supposed to hit London, with problems in transportation and energy interruption. Let's hope the show is not affected.

Ok back at the hotel!
Show started no later than 8:55 I think. Today we got the classical show with beer bitch and no surprises. The chat with Graham Norton imo was not that funny, Ricardo filmed it. It was nice for me at least one beer bitch talk though and see from high how it works.
Polaroid went for just 1k pounds to a Brazilian fan, whom she knew, although she said the picture sucked. I have to admit it was a funny moment, he said he distillates gin, so she replied "so you are the reason why English are drunk".
Someone on row A asked her to sign something, and she repkued "Madame x signs no shit".
I was sitting in the royal circle tonight, interesting experience. People sat all the time, except for LAP. Two boys in front of me had the Pride tshirt but didn't even stand for I rise! The woman next to me almist never applauded, never cheered, only applauded after Fado Pechincha and Crazy.
Also in the dress circle, although you feel no fan excitement, you have a great view of the structure of the show, lighting, videos etc,  and the sound is much better. Those who are seeing multiple shows should experience that. She skipped one line during LAP and there was no backing track. Backing track was evident on Killers verse, with two Madonna voices. She also got the lyrics wrong in Batuka. I heard much breathing on Medellin verse, it was live.
You will hate me, but for those who are losing the furst three songs, in a way I found the Vogue opening more powerful. Today I saw Dark Ballet for the first time and I was not impressed. But Human Nature, it's really one of the highlights. Jessica Pina has an incredible stage presence.
In the royal circle, with many non fans, you realize differently what works. For instance the fado section is good and pleases everyone. Come alive is also a strong moment: I used to like the song since first listen, then I started to skip it, now I like it again. But when Future starts, the energy level decreases, it's so out of place. With LAP, like it or not, she wins everyone. But when I rise starts, once again the energy level goes down. Bad bad choice for the ending. A man in front of me said: "I want to hear Hung up". Poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the setlist of Madonna.

Amazing show! Had the best time! She was so good, sounded beautiful! So glad I got to see this show!

What time does M arrive at the Palladium... anyone know? Wondering if it’s worth hanging round the door!?

I might be a little drunk from the VIP experience, but I need to post something.
1) I had my first meeting with someone from Infinity, @Mattyyou are a great guy! By chance we were sitting close and we met by chance. Keep it together in the family! It's true that when you see the show with friends it's totally dIfferent! I sat at the table with Israel and a gurl from Norway, and during Killers on the line "I'll be a woman etc" M took her end and didn't ket go. A very touching moment, also because I knew her!
2) The view today was so much better and I had the chance to appreciate everything more. I have to say that Vogue was still a good beginning. I liked her attitute tonight.
3) I can tell you that in all the forthcoming shows the first three songs will be cut in the second show. We knew already and when we dud tge backstage tour the set was ready fir Vogue.
4) She said that Gaspar with his hair reminded her of Art Garfunkel, she didn't sing the song but said "be prepared, it's one of those shows". The rest is history, no beer bitch (pity, I was sitting exactly there), but Sound of silence. After that she gave her red fan to a fan who was dressed as a S&M Madame X, cannot descrube better.
5) Not of great quality, but I recorded the whole show and will be sharing! I hope @Fightercan make it sound better...
 
 

Exactly. Not many will get the irony.
At the end of the day if she is making a point of shortening every second show, she should do a pro-rata style percentage refund on all tickets for all day 2 affected shows, because it’s seriously unfair. 
 
I was considering going today and had the ticket in my basket (not the best, row M), but for £455 I’m glad I didn’t bother now. 
 
Roll on the next proper arena or stadium tour... I’m so interested to see what happens when this whole strange era is over.

God i'll be really bummed out if she cuts the first section for my show. I've spent a lot of money on tickets, airfare and hotel, the most i have for any single entertainment event.  I wish to have the full experience and to watch the entire show as it is intended. 

I really believe skipping the start is to do with her injuries. She has only skipped the start on consecutive shows.

Is it true the restrictions on bag sizes please? We'll go straight from work, so not really an option for me?

She should do ‘Crave’ acoustic or album version  instead of Tracey Remix. She can sit down ?? 

Was really hoping the beginning wouldn’t get cut last night, but alas it did. However I still really enjoyed it, my first Madame X show. I’ve got tickets to one more show, which is the first of a two consecutive show run this time (rather than the second) so if she is alternating hopefully I’ll get the full show next time.
Saying that, I still absolutely loved the show. She was genuinely funny and seemed in good spirits and didn’t seem too badly affected by the injuries (apart from having dancers in hand to assist her up and down stairs - why such a large percentage of the songs still have stairs built into the choreography is beyond me!! They’re really not needed for the most part).
As many people have said, Frozen is spectacular. Her vocals really shine though, as they did in the Fado song and Like A Prayer also. Hopefully I’ll get to see God Control and Dark Ballet next time. Towards the end of the show in one of her chats about James Baldwin she actually said along the lines of “as I quote... well, sometimes quote... at the beginning of my show” and looked kind of awkward/embarrassed in a funny way. She’s definitely aware of the situation, it must be for a reason that it’s getting cut for some shows.

I must admit, I’d be quite content to miss Dark Ballet and HN, but losing God Control is a pity. Either way, this is now the Madame X concert lottery.

Yes, your interpretation is wrong.

The "Hey hey hey" was already autotuned in the original broadcast. In fact the whole thing was and you could barely hear her live vocals anyway. Have they put more autotune on or have they turned the live vocals up a bit? I am not sure what they've done here, someone needs to compare them side by side to investigate properly.

I much prefer to go to gigs on my own. Do everything at my own pace and not have to screech at someone to be heard during the show. I hate people who talk through gigs.

Pleeeeeease don’t cut the opening section from the show Permanently ? I will forever be a tortured soul when I think about this tour in the future if I see the show with it cut! I genuinely think I would rather a cancellation than the cut...
