This is really bad guys. And I dreamed of this for years and wanted to like it so bad. I don't find her captivating in an animated way, and she seems aloof. Like the vocals sound so detached. I feel bad for saying it.

imo this is the first album of hers (then) that felt like a well thought out body of work, and where you can poor yourself a drink and that you can get lost in. Like a journey. Ofcourse her 80s music is great, but those albums, I don't find them to be that strong ? as awhole. As an experience. Her 1992-2005 run was so incredible. Albums wise. I've said bedore that confessions isn't particularly my favorite. I have to find myself in the mood for it but its still a great ride once you surrender to it. Anyways. I love Erotica. The mood, the atmosphere, her vocals. The texturedness. It's very intimate and romantic even at times. and not as vulgar as someone new to it might expect. The songs are great. It still has some 80s elements here and there like in Rain. This album is Madonna at her best for me ??‍♂️and most like who she truly is imo. Ray Of Light ofcourse is incredible, but I don't find it to be very truly her. More like a fase.

For me it's the over produced vocals.

Interesting a plastic surgeon doesn't even seem to understand the concept of lighting and lens effects, as well as retouching and make-up. He doesn't take it into account and makes alot of wrong conclusions based on that. But I've noted that so many times before everytime they would ask a plastic surgeon to weigh in on something. Coming up with all sorts of wrong conclusions. And I'm really not a stan that denies plastic surgery in their fav celebratities. Comparing flash photography to lighting from above. She already had the nasal folds in her early 20s and its not always a sign of ageing. But that's a typical plastic surgeons conclusion when they try to sell to someone they could use some work. Having said that yes Madonna has had alot done in recent years, but before that really not that much aside from some fillers....... until 2005 when it took off first with the slightly enhanced cheeks. Thats the first time imo she changed something about her actual natural bonestrucrure so to say. Although still just injectables. Then the obvious 2008 actual cheek implants which gave that rounded look which he totally skipped over. I dont think its a facelift that gave those 'lines', its the effect of the cheekimplants. Speaking of cheekimplants... That's usually something they accused celebrities of quite often of in the past when these plastic surgeons would share their views, but cheek implants were actually rarily done. Anyways which is why i was pretty surprised Madonna had that actually done. For once it was actually true now. I only think she had an actual facelift just before the madam x era. And another thing he totally skips over was the shaving of the side of her jaws. Which she had done imo. And for some reason hardly anyone has picked up on. His commentary was essentially useless. For these type of commentaries you need pictures with the same non-flash photography lighting, and somewhat same angles or poses. And certainly not promotional shots. Unless they were raw images or something. But seems like he can't even make that distinction.

She's either an alcoholic or delusional these days or the alcolism amplifies the delusion I don't know. Very upsetting to think about. I just cant applaud the dysfunction. It's embarassing. She turned into something beyond a spoof. Madonnalogues were mild. I get all the imprompto fun. Its not that. Something is off and spiralling worse and worse. If you want to ban me I understand. I don't enjoy being critical of her. I'm even going through some sort of mourning process of the old her. If you want to mock me, go ahead. I sorta get it. I used to defend her passionately too. Im worried about her

I think shes looking pretty good here. But the whole fuck you thing is getting old. Especially m her bf flipping off on the red carpet.

She looks lovely in the purple/blue dress. So flattering and flirty. And most of all she seems comfortable.

At the end of the day Madonna WANTS the controversy. That's why she did this. So if there wouldn't be people bitching about it (like me lol) it wouldn't have succeeded. Continue to express yourselves, all of you. But be careful in trying to silence people and pulling the ageist and misogony card. That's done far too quickly: atleast amongst fans of Madonna. Since her gender is often brought up in this debate and how she can do whatever she wants because she is a woman and all that.... People SHOULD be able to question women. They are like men, capable of being reasonable sane adults. They are equal, So i treat them that way. We need to be careful in tiptoing around women like they can't take it. No that doesn't mean to freely attack them. But dialogue and questioning should be allowed. If we can't hold them accountable, how does it help them? This goes for any gender. Bubblewrapping women from cririque like they are victims of this world is not helpful or empowering. Again doesn't mean to go on a rampage of roasting them. But questioning and discussing their behavior should be fine. In my opinion Madonna has alot of yes people around her. I made comments earlier about Madonnas cheeks and stuff, well both sets of her cheeks. And i wouldn't post it under Madonnas photoa or on her social media. But this is a fan forum. I'm going to discuss, as others should be able to do so.

I don't understand why she incists on those lumps on the side of her face... I'm not against plastic surgery, her slight cheekbone enhancement during the confessions era looked pretty. It still made sense. She has taken it too far now, combined with shaving down the sides of her jaw. Just such a shame.
