As the tour progressed she started having her vocals mixed more into the background, but she definitely sang live in Houston, Toronto, Dallas and London at the very least. Madonna sounds a lot like her own track, and you can occasionally hear her drop outs or dissonance where she sings off key with herself. But she's live.

ok i will check it, but I have both the japan and Nice shows on DVD and those 2 are 100% mimed, and its totally fine because singing and dancing to this song is very hard, same with Vogue

I guess the loudness of the backing tape varied from show to show.
